Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 絞り装置、特に内燃機関の絞り装置であって、吸込通路を有する絞りフラ ップ管部を備え、吸込通路を通って絞りフラップ管部に回転可能に支承された調 節軸が突出しており、該調節軸が回転軸線に沿って調節軸から切欠かれたスリッ トを有し、該スリットが吸込通路を制御する絞り機構の回動不能な結合に用いら れている形式のものにおいて、絞り機構(3)がプラスチック部分として構成さ れ、射出成形によって製造されており、調節軸(4)のスリット(20)がプラ スチックで充填されていることを特徴とする絞り装置。 2. 絞り機構(3)が調節軸(4)の外側の周面(6)を少なくとも部分的に 取囲んでいる、請求項1記載の絞り装置。 3. 絞り機構(3)が当該絞り機構(3)の、流れに向いた前面側に楔形(4 0)を有している、請求項1記載の絞り装置。 4. 絞り機構(3)が円板状に構成されている、請求項1記載の絞り装置。 5. 絞り機構(3)が水平軸線(16)に対して傾けられて吸込通路(10) 内に配置されている、請求項3記載の絞り装置。 6. 吸込通路を有する絞りフラップ管部を備え、吸込 通路を通って絞りフラップ管部に回転可能に支承された調節軸が突出しており、 該調節軸が回転軸線に沿って調節軸から切欠かれたスリットを有し、該スリット が吸込通路を制御する絞り機構の回動不能な結合に用いられている形式の絞り装 置を製造する方法において、まず調節軸(4)の両側で上流側と下流側とにおい てそれぞれ1つの射出成形工具(30,31)を吸込通路(10)内に導入し、 両方の射出成形工具(30,31)によって、該射出成形工具(30,31)の 互いに向き合った端面(33,34)から切欠かれた切欠き(38,39)で、 絞り機構(3)の形をした中空室を調節軸(4)の周囲に形成し、次いで該中空 室をこの中空室内に達する充填導管(50)を用いてプラスチックで充填し、次 いでプラスチックが硬化したあとで射出成形工具(30,31)を吸込通路(1 0)から取去ることを特徴とする絞り装置を製造する方法。 7. 射出成形工具(30,31)の少なくとも一方を、調節軸(4)の外側の 周面(6)に当接するまで吸込通路(10)内へ導入する、請求項6記載の方法 。 8. 射出成形工具(30,31)をその端面(33,34)で部分的に接触さ せる、請求項6記載の方法。 9. 少なくとも一方の射出成形工具(30,31)を ほぼ円弧状の制限部(41)で調節軸(4)の外側の周面(6)に接触させる、 請求項7記載の方法。 10.射出成形工具(30,31)の導入を、調節軸(4)の所定の回動位置を 調節したあとでかつ調節軸(4)と結合された回転角度信号発生器(29)を調 節したあとではじめて行う、請求項6記載の方法。
