Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.(a)同時押出ダイのノズルの環状オリフィスからポリマー状流体を無理 に押出し一方該ノズルのセンターコア(心型)から凝固流体を無理に押出すこと 、及び (b)凝固浴の表面の上方のそしてそれに平行な面の中での該ノズルの動きを 、規定された形の中空繊維膜を前記の浴の中で生成させるように前記の動きを制 御しながら、自動的に遂行すること のステップを含んで成る、規定された形の中空繊維膜を自動的に注型するための 方法。 2.該ノズル内でオフセットである環状オリフィスから該ポリマー状流体を無 理に押出すこと、及び該ノズルを回転させて実質的に均一な壁厚さを達成するこ とを含んで成る、請求の範囲1記載の方法。 3.ステップ(b)が、実質的に均一な壁厚さの中空繊維膜を注型するために 、少なくとも3つの軸、X、Y及びθに対する該ノズルの整合された動きを遂行 することを含んで成る、請求の範囲2記載の方法。 4.該環状オリフィスのオフセット及び該ポリマー状流体の粘度に従って該X 、Y及びθ軸に対する該ノズルの前記の動きの速度を調節することを更に含んで 成る、請求の範囲3記載の方法。 5.約4〜7ミリメートルの内径及び約100〜200マイクロメートルの壁 厚さを有する中空繊維膜を注型するために、該ステップ(a)及び(b)を適応 させる、請求の範囲1記載の方法。 6.(a)オフセットの環状オリフィス及びセンターコア(心型)を持つノズ ルを有する同時押出ダイ、 (b)該ノズルの該環状オリフィスからポリマー状流体を無理に押出 し一方該センターコア(心型)から凝固流体を無理に押出すための手段、並びに (c)規定された形の中空繊維膜を凝固浴の中で生成させるように該ノズルの 動きを制御しながら、前記凝固浴の表面の上方のそしてそれに平行な面の中で該 ノズルを自動的に動かすための手段 を含んで成る、規定された形の中空繊維膜を自動的に注型するための装置。 7.実質的に均一な壁厚さの中空繊維膜を注型するために、少なくとも3つの 軸、X、Y及びθに対する該ノズルの整合された動きを遂行するための手段を更 に含んで成る、請求の範囲6記載の装置。 8.該X及びY軸に沿った動きと整合させて該ノズルを該θ軸の回りで回転さ せるための手段を更に含んで成る、請求の範囲7記載の装置。 9.該環状オリフィスのオフセット及び該ポリマー状流体の粘度に従って該ノ ズルの前記の動きの速度を調節するための手段を更に含んで成る、請求の範囲8 記載の方法。 10.約4〜7ミリメートルの内径及び約100〜200マイクロメートルの 壁厚さを有する中空繊維膜を注型するために適応させた、請求の範囲6記載の装 置。 11.規定された形の中空繊維膜を自動的に注型するためのシステムの制御の ためのコード化された命令(ソフトウェア)がその中にあるコンピュータ記憶媒 体であって、該システムが、少なくとも一つのサーボドライバを経由してコンピ ュータに作動自在に連結されたX、Y及びθ方向のサーボモータ、凝固浴を保持 するためのタブ、並びにオフセットの環状オリフィスを有する同時押出ダイを含 み、そして該ソフトウェア が、凝固浴の表面の上方のそしてそれに平行な面の中での該ノズルの動きを、前 記の規定された形の中空繊維膜を前記凝固浴の中で生成させるように前記の動き を制御しながら、自動的に遂行するためのコードを含んで成るコンピュータ記憶 媒体。 12.実質的に均一な壁厚さの中空繊維膜を注型するために、少なくとも3つ の軸、X、Y及びθに対する該ノズルの整合された動きを遂行するためのコード を更に含んで成る、請求の範囲11記載のコンピュータ記憶媒体。 13.該X及びY軸に沿った動きと整合させて該ノズルを該θ軸の回りで回転 させるためのコードを更に含んで成る、請求の範囲12記載のコンピュータ記憶 媒体。 14.該環状オリフィスのオフセット及び該ポリマー状流体の粘度に従って該 ノズルの前記の動きの速度を調節するためのコードを更に含んで成る、請求の範 囲13記載のコンピュータ記憶媒体。 15.約0.1〜10.0ミリメートルの内径及び約25〜500マイクロメ ートルの壁厚さを有する中空繊維膜を注型するために、該ステップ(a)及び( b)を適応させる、請求の範囲1記載の方法。 16.約0.1〜10.0ミリメートルの内径及び約25〜500マイクロメ ートルの壁厚さを有する中空繊維膜を注型するために適応させた、請求の範囲6 記載の装置。
