Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.電気的導線にもとづいた高周波通信網に用いられるコネクタジャックまた はプラグ部材であって、1つの相手方プラグまたはジャックの対応する端子と接 続されるべき接点端子の線形列を有しており、前記コネクタ要素は更に前記ジャ ックまたはプラグ要素内の内部リードを介して前記接点端子と接続されているワ イヤコネクタ端子を備えているコネクタ要素において、コネクタの前記内部リー ドは、それらの内の少なくとも幾つかが相互に横方向に離隔されるだけでなく、 この離隔横方向に対して交差する方向に配置されるよう、空間的にすなわち3次 元的に配設されていることを特徴とするコネクタ要素。 2.請求項1に記載のコネクタ要素において、接点端子から後方へと延びてい るリードが、全体的に相互に遠去かるよう広がっており、リードの幾つかは1つ の共通の平面内を延びており、該平面内でそれらは互いに横方向に分散しており 、残りのリードは前記共通の平面から離散する1つ以上の平面内で分散する態様 をもって延びていることを特徴とするコネクタ要素。 3.請求項1に記載のコネクタ要素において、リードは横断方向で列をなして 配置されたそれぞれのワイヤコネクタ端子へと延びており、該端子は所望により 各列内で非一様な幅と相互間隔を有するとともに、一方の列は他方の列の後方に 離隔配置され、好ましくは他方の列から接点端子と前記他方のコネクタ端子列の 間の接続平面に直角な方向にも離隔配置されていることを特徴とするコネクタ要 素。 4.請求項1に記載のコネクタ要素において、前記リードが全体として2層を なして配設されており、各層の接点端子は他方の層の接点端子と同一高さで、か つ互いに織り交ざった状態において配置されており、各層内のリードは前記ワイ ヤコネクタ端子からコネクタ要素の後方端部へと後向きに連続していることを特 徴とするコネクタ要素。 5.請求項4に記載のコネクタ要素において、底部層が、前記要素の後方端部 付近の上向きに折り曲げられたワイヤ端子ループを除いて、全体的に平面形態で 延びており、一方頂部層は前記底部層上を全体として上向きにかつ後向きに傾斜 して、前記底部層のワイヤ端子の上方および正面にある一体のワイヤ端子列まで 延び、次に更に要素の後方端部に向けて後向きかつ下向きに延びていることを特 徴とするコネクタ要素。 6.請求項1に記載のコネクタ要素において、リードの関連する接点端子から 後向きに延びる少なくとも1つのリードがその近隣のリードから上向きに突出し 、次に前記近隣リードの頭上の位置へと横方向に延び、次に前記近隣リードの頭 上を後方へと延びるとともに垂直方向に離散していることを特徴とするコネクタ 要素。 7.請求項3に記載のコネクタ要素であって、1つの押圧キャップが含まれて おり、該キャップはそれぞれのワイヤ端部をしてキャップの端子上への押圧作用 によりコネクタ端子内の切欠き内へと集合的に装着せしめるよう作動可能なコネ クタ要素において、前記押圧キャップにはその頂部側内にワイヤ貫通孔が設けら れており、かくしてキャップの装着位置においてワイヤ端部は前記端子列の間の 領域にほぼ配置されることを特徴とするコネクタ要素。 8.請求項1に記載のコネクタ要素において、リードは絶縁体材料の鋳造ブロ ック内に配設されており、幾つかのリード領域部分は端子を除いて前記ブロック の表面上において露出していることを特徴とするコネクタ要素。 9.請求項4に記載のコネクタ要素の製造方法において、2層の端部が連結さ れた穿孔リードであって、その内の1層が単一リードの折り曲げられたワイヤ端 子部分を除いては実質的に平面状態をなしており、他方の層はそのリードが下側 層のリードから上向きに離散して延びている2層のリードを互いに寄せ集める段 階と、次に前記リードを射出溶接されたブロック部材内に組み込むことで該リー ドを固定する段階と、リード端部間の連結部分を切り去る段階とを有することを 特徴とするコネクタ要素の製造方法。 10.請求項9に記載の製造方法において、ワイヤコネクタ端子は隔置された横 断方向列内に配置され、最後部の横断方向接続部分が設けられ、これら部分が最 終的に切離されるように製造されることを特徴とするコネクタ要素の製造方法。
