Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.患者に対して注射液を配送する配送装置であって、 基部及び先端部を備え液体の流れを中継する中継器であって、前記基部は、 前記中継器を注射液源に接続するための液体流入口を備える第1のポートと、注 射器手段に接続される第2のポートとを有し、前記先端部は、注射液を患者に配 送するための液体配送手段に接続可能に設けられており、前記注射器手段は、注 射液を前記注射液源から前記液体流入口及び前記中継器を通じて前記液体配送手 段へ配送する、中継器と、 前記中継器の先端部に配設され、該先端部を通過する液体の特性を検出する 検出器手段と、 前記液体流入口と前記検出器手段との間に配設され、前記注射液が前記検出 器手段と接触するのを遅らせる流量調整機とを、 含んでなる配送装置。 2.請求項1の装置であって、前記流量調整機は、前記液体流入口と前記検出器 手段との間に設けた流れそらせ手段であって、前記注射器手段によって注射液が 前記液体流入口と前記検出器手段との間に流れるようにされたときを除き前記液 体流入口と前記検出器手段との間を流れる注射液の量を制限する流れそらせ手段 と含んでなる装置。 3.請求項2の装置であって、前記液体流入口は液体が流れる所定の断面積を有 し、前記流れそらせ手段は前記所定の断面積を小さくするため前記第1のポート 内に配設された流れ制限装置を含んでなる装置。 4.請求項2の装置であって、前記中継器は液体が流れる所定の断面積を有し、 前記流れそらせ手段は前記中継器の断面形の内側に添った粗面を含んでなる装置 。 5.請求項2の装置であって、前記中継器は液体が流れる所定の断面積を有し、 前記流れそらせ手段は前記中継器の断面形の内側に添った溝を含んでなる装置。 6.請求項2の装置であって、前記中継器は液体が流れる所定の断面積を有し、 前記流れそらせ手段は前記中継器の断面形の内側に添ったこぶを含んでなる装 置。 7.請求項1の装置であって、前記流量調整機は、前記液体流入口と前記検出器 手段との間で延伸し注射液が前記検出器手段に接触することを遅延させる流路を 含んでなる装置。 8.請求項1の装置であって、前記検出器手段は温度検出器手段であって、前記 延伸した流路は前記温度検出器手段に影響を与えないように十分長い、装置。 9.請求項1の装置であって、前記検出器手段は、前記液体流入口を通過する液 体の特性を検出するプローブを受けるプローブ受け手段を含んでなる装置。 10.請求項1の装置であって、前記検出器手段は、前記液体流入口を通過する液 体の温度を検出する温度プローブを受ける温度プローブ受け手段を含んでなる装 置。 11.請求項1の装置であって、前記検出器手段は、前記液体流入口を通過する液 体の温度を検出する温度プローブを含んでなる装置。 12.請求項11の装置であって、前記温度プローブはサーミスタである装置。 13.請求項1の装置であって、該装置は心搏出量を測定するための熱希釈技術に 用いられる装置。 14.請求項1の装置であって、前記液体流入口及び前記流れ中継器と液体連通す る第1のチェックバルブ手段を含んでなる装置。 15.請求項14の装置であって、前記第1のチェックバルブ手段は、注射液が前 記流れ中継器から前記液体流入口へ流れることを防止し、かつ、前記注射器手段 によって注射液が前記液体流入口から前記流れ中継器へ流れるようにされた場合 にのみ注射液が前記液体流入口から前記流れ中継器へ流れることを許容する装置 。 16.請求項1の装置であって、前記流れ中継器及び前記液体配送手段と液体連通 する第2のチェックバルブ手段を更に含んでなる装置。 17.請求項16の装置であって、前記第2のチェックバルブ手段は、注射液が前 記液体配送手段から前記液体流入口へ流れることを防止し、かつ、前記注射器手 段によって注射液が前記流れ中継器から前記液体配送手段へ流れるようにされた 場合にのみ注射液が前記流れ中継器から前記液体配送手段へ流れることを 許容する装置。 18.請求項1の装置であって、カテーテルを更に含んでなる装置。
