Abstract
Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.(a)多孔質延伸ポリテトラフルオロエチレン膜の第1層、 (b)多孔質延伸ポリテトラフルオロエチレン膜の第2層、 (c)前記第1層と第2層を接着する含燐ポリ(尿素−ウレタン)接着剤の層、 を含んでなる防水性で透湿性の難燃性ラミネート。 2.前記含燐ポリ(尿素−ウレタン)接着剤が、約500〜約5000の分子 量の少なくとも1種の長鎖ポリグリコール、約12までの炭素原子の少なくとも 1種の短鎖グリコール、少なくとも1種の含燐エステル含有ポリグリコール、及 び過剰のポリイソシアネートの反応生成物を含む請求の範囲第1項に記載のラミ ネート。 3.前記長鎖ポリグリコールが、ポリエチレングリコール、ポリプロピレング リコール、ポリエステルグリコール、及びこれらの組み合わせ、及びこれらの混 合物から本質的になる群より選択された請求の範囲第2項に記載のラミネート。 4.前記短鎖グリコールが、脂肪族の直鎖、枝分かれ鎖、又は環含有C1-10ジ オールから本質的になる群より選択された請求の範囲第2項に記載のラミネート 。 5.前記含燐ポリグリコールが、次の1種以上を含む請求の範囲第2項に記載 のラミネート。 HO(C3H6O)x-P(O)(OR)-OC3H6O-P(O)(OR1)-O(C3 H6O)yH ここで、x+y=2〜10、 R=C1-6のアルキル R1=C1-6のアルキル、及び HOCH2CH2〔OP(O)(OR)OCH2CH2〕m〔OP(O)(R1)O CH2CH2〕nOH ここで、R=C1-6のアルキル、R1=C1-6のアルキル、 n≫m、n+m=2〜20 6.前記接着剤が湿分硬化される請求の範囲第1項に記載のラミネート。 7.前記多孔質延伸ポリテトラフルオロエチレン膜の第1層が、前記多孔質延 伸ポリテトラフルオロエチレンの第2層よりもかなり厚い請求の範囲第1項に記 載のラミネート。
