Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.長手方向軸線に対して横方向に二分された内部ハウジングを有し、その両ハ ウジング部分の間に、圧力センサを取付けられている中央ダイアフラムが張られ ており、またその一方のハウジング部分が孔のなかに電気リードを含んでおり、 その外側延長部が孔の拡大部分のなかに位置している差圧測定変換器において、 孔(31)が長手方向軸線(32)に対して平行に延びており、また他方のハ ウジング部分(3)のほうに向けられたその端部に拡大部分(33)を有し、他 方のハウジング部分(3)と反対方向のほうに向けられたその端部において外方 へ通ずる横孔(44)に移行していることを特徴とする差圧測定変換器。 2.電気リード(12)がその外側延長部の範囲内で一方のハウジング部分(2 )と溶接されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の差圧測定変換器。 3.圧力センサ(6)と電気リード(12)との間に帯状の導体箔(11)が延 びていることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の差圧測定変換器。 4.帯状の導体箔(11)が圧力センサ(6)の傍で曲げられて中央ダイアフラ ム(7)に密に導かれていることを特徴とする請求項3記載の差圧測定変換器。 5.帯状の導体箔(11)が電気リード(12)の範囲内でループ(41)を形 成することを特徴とする請求項3または4記載の差圧測定変換器。
