Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. ミセル系、ミクロエマルジヨン、ラメラ相、六角晶系相のような、リオト ロフィク・メソフェーズ及び/又はナノ粒子のような他のキャリア中の、水溶性 又は油溶性遷移金属化合物の、造血系統の剌激及び/又は腫瘍治療への利用。 2. 細胞増殖抑制作用を伴う、水溶性又は油溶性遷移金属化合物の、請求の範 囲1に記載の利用。 3. 界面活性剤と食料乳化剤によりえられた小胞の形態をした、水溶性又は油 溶性遷移金属化合物の、請求の範囲1又は2に記載の利用。 4. リポソームに封入した水溶性又は油溶性遷移金属化合物の、請求の範囲1 から3のいずれかに記載の利用。 5. 顆粒球活性化因子GM−CSF,G−CSF,M−CSF,IL−1から IL−10並びにα−インターフェロン及び腫瘍壊死因子の剌激への水溶性又は 油溶性遷移金属化合物の、請求の範囲1から4のいずれかに記載の利用。 6. 白金化合物の請求の範囲1から5のいずれかに記載の利用。 7. カルブプラチン又はロバプラチンの請求の範囲6に記載の利用。 8. 中心原子がチタン又はルテニュウムである他の遷移金属化合物の請求の範 囲1から5のいずれかに記載の利用。 9. a)脂質、界面活性剤、乳化剤のような天然・半合成又は全合成の一種の 両親媒性物質、 b)一種のステロイド、 c)一種の荷電した脂質成分、 d)一種の水溶性又は油溶性遷移金属化合物、 e)一種のキャリア流体及び場合によってはナノ粒子のような添加助剤、 によって特徴づけられた、抗腫瘍治療及び/又は顆粒球活性化因子GM−CSF ,G−CSF,M−CSF,IL−1からIL−10並びにα−インターフェロ ン及び腫瘍壊死因子の刺激のような造血系統剌激のための製剤。 10.a)一般式Iの、天然・半合成又は全合成の一種の両親媒性物質、 ここでR1とR2はC10−C20のアルカノイル基、アルケノイル基、アルキル基 、アルケニル基を意味する。 b)一般式IIの、一種のシテロイド、 ここではRはHコルステロールまたはCH2−CH2−O−CH2−CH2−OH =ジエトキシコルステロールを意味する。 c)ジアセチルフォスフェートのアニオン、パルミチン酸・ステアリン酸、フォ スファチジルセリン・フォスファチド酸のような一種のリン脂質のアニオン又は スルファチドのようなスフィンゴリピドのアニオン、 d)白金又はチタン又はルテニウム化合物の一種、によって特徴づけられる請求 の範囲9に記載の製剤。 11. d)カルボプラチン〔(1,1−シクロブタンジカルボキシレート)− プラチン(II)〕又はロバプラチン{シス−〔(トランス−1,2−シクロブタ ンジメチルアミン)−(S)−2−オキシドプロパナート−プラチン(II)〕} によって特徴づけられる請求の範囲9又は10に記載の製剤。 12. 成分a:b:cをモル比で1:0.3:0.1から1:1:0.1又は 1:1:0.5までを含有することを特徴とする、請求の範囲9から11のいず れかに記載の製剤。 13. 成分c:dをモル比で2:1から10:1の範囲で含有することを特徴 とする請求の範囲9から11のいずれかに記載の製剤。 14. 水溶性又は油溶性の遷移金属化合物を、それ自体は公知の方法で、リオ トロフィク・メソフェーズの水相又は油相中、場合にとっては親油性アンカーに 封入し、そして場合によっては凍結乾燥した製剤を再度分散させたことを特徴と する、抗腫瘍治療及び/又は造血系統の剌激に用いる製剤の製造方法。 15. 白金又はチタン又はルテニウム化合物を用いて、それ 自体公知の方法により、リポソーム分散物をつくることを特徴とする請求の範囲 14に記載の方法。 16. カルボプラチン又はロバプラチンを用いることを特徴とする請求の範囲 15に記載の方法。 17. ミセル系、ミクロエマルジョン、ラメラ相、六角晶系相のような、リオ トロフィク・メソフェーズ及び/又はナノ粒子のような他のキャリア中の、水溶 性又は油溶性遷移金属化合物に特徴のある、顆粒球活性化因子GM−CSF,G −CSF,M−CSF,IL−1からIL−10並びにα−インターフェロン及 び腫瘍壊死因子の剌激のような造血系統剌激のための製剤。 18. 水溶性又は油溶性遷移金属化合物が、細胞増殖抑制作用を伴うことを特 徴とする請求の範囲1に記載の製剤。 19. 水溶性又は油溶性遷移金属化合物が、小胞状、特にリポソームに封入さ れていることを特徴とする請求の範囲1又は2に記載の製剤。 20. a)脂質、界面活性剤、乳化剤のような天然・半合成又は全合成の一種 の両親媒性物質、 b)一種のステロイド、 c)一種の荷電した脂質成分、 d)一種の水溶性又は油溶性遷移金属化合物、 e)一種のキャリア流体及び場合によってはナノ粒子のような添加助剤、 によって特徴づけられた、請求の範囲1から3のいずれかに記載の製剤。 21. a)一般式Iの、天然・半合成又は全合成の一種の両親媒性物質、 ここでR1とR2はC10−C20のアルカノイル基、アルケノイル基、アルキル基 、アルケニル基を意味する。 b)一般式IIの、一種のシテロイド、 ここではRはHコルステロールまたはCH2−CH2−O−CH2−CH2−O H=ジエトキシコルステロールを意味する。 c)ジアセチルフォスフェートのアニオン、バルミチン酸・ステアリン酸、フォ スファチジルセリン・フォスファチド酸のような一種のリン脂質のアニオン又は スルファチドのようなスフィンゴリピドのアニオン、 d)白金又はチタン又はルテニウム化合物の一種、によって特徴づけられる請求 の範囲1から4のいずれかに記載の製剤。 22. d)カルポブラチン〔(1,1−シクロブタンジカル ボキシレート)−プラチン(II)〕又はロバプラチン{シス−〔(トランス−1 ,2−シクロブタンジメチルアミン)−(S)−2−オキシドプロパナート−プ ラチン(II)〕}によって特徴づけられる請求の範囲1から5のいずれかに記載 の製剤。 23. 成分a:b:cをモル比で1:0.3:0.1から1:1:0.1又は 1:1:0.5までを含有することを特徴とする請求の範囲9から11のいずれ かに記載の製剤。 24. 成分c:dをモル比で2:1から10:1の範囲で含有することを特徴 とする請求の範囲1から5のいずれかに記載の製剤。
