白であろう。Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a splice head for insulated wires of the type used in the telecommunications industry. Prior art Connectors for the telecommunications industry are known in which a plurality of insulated wires are connected by electrical contacts. From German Patent No. 3920362, a holding body is provided with a plurality of insulating displacing contact elements, which are connected to the insulating element by means of a pressing body by means of engagement of the wires with said element. It is known to penetrate the contact element so that it cooperates with the electric wire to be coupled. The pressure body has a recess or pocket into which the free end of the cutting contact element fits. Furthermore, a cutting element is provided on the holding body that cuts the protruding end of the insulated wire to be connected. It is also known to use splice heads to align the insulated wire with respect to the retaining body. The splice head comprises accommodating means for the connector, i.e. for at least one holding body and at least one pressing body. Further, the splice head has a row of spaced fingers on one side of the receiving means. Such splice heads are connected to the ends of a bundle of cables or wires with the individual cores or wires exposed. The wires are placed in the slots between the fingers and aligned with the individual insulative replaceable contacts of the retaining body. The ends of the insulated wires extending beyond the receiving means are fixed in a suitable manner until all the wires are placed on the connector. The pressure body is then biased against the retaining body, preferably by a suitable member, which simultaneously causes the insulated wire to engage the insulating replaceable contact. It is known to use coil springs to secure the free ends of electrical wires in splice heads. The insulated wire is inserted between the coils or turns of the spring and held there between by the spring force. It is known to use a single coil spring supported on the steps of the splice head. The retaining bar extends inside the spring and is attached to the splice head at both ends. Known springs have a diameter of about 10 mm, with the windings of the springs leaving a certain spacing between the windings. The spring has, at least at one end, a radially projecting and curved member for fixing the one end of the spring against axial movement. In the connecting operation, as the wires are guided between the windings of the spring, the free end of the spring moves in a direction axially separated from the stationary first end. When making the connections as described above, the diameter of the insulated wire may be in a larger area. For the known splice heads, in particular the coil springs are not suitable for effectively fixing wires of different diameters. Therefore, for wires with different diameters, it is required to replace the spring. The spring is fixed at one end, so the connecting operation must always start at that end of the spring. It is known for splice heads and to use two parallel coil springs with different spacing between the windings of the springs, in order to effectively secure electric wires of different diameters. However, during the connecting operation, if the wires are to be inserted into springs having other diameters, the holding means for both coil springs are loosened and after the coil springs have been rotated about 180 ° the holding means. Need to be fixed again. This procedure is relatively time consuming. By the way, both springs are fixed at both ends. If there is a tolerance in the distance between the fixed positions of the springs, the spacing between the individual turns can change. Moreover, the known springs are not suitable for accommodating more than one wire between adjacent windings. This is inconvenient in the construction of the connector when a plurality of layers of electric wires are contacted by the construction of the connector. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention provides a splice head, especially for telecommunications insulated wires, configured to cooperate with and hold wires having different diameters. In the splice head according to the present invention, the coil spring is freely arranged on the bar and can move in the axial direction. By freely choosing the starting point of the spring for the connection operation and the position of the spring on the bar, different sized wires can be fixed by the coil of the spring. Furthermore, the connecting operation can be started at both ends of the spring at the same time. According to one embodiment of the invention, the bar may have a circular cross section so that the spring can easily slide back and forth. According to another embodiment of the invention, the engagement surface is located slightly below the bar and is spaced a small distance from the bar. This engagement surface is configured to support the circumference of the spring, while the spring is held inside by the bar. The spacing between the engagement surface and the bar is slightly larger than the diameter or thickness of the wires forming the coil spring. This size configuration leaves a maximum spacing for accommodating the insulated wire, allowing two or more wires to be inserted between adjacent coils. This will be further improved according to another embodiment of the invention if the coil spring diameter is greater than 12 mm, preferably greater than 15 mm. In the operating position of the spring, the bar is approximately at the same level (level) as the longitudinal axis of the spring in order to effectively support the coil spring and to achieve the most effective cross-sectional area for fixing the wire. The engagement surface is formed to contact the spring at and is spaced from the bar. Preferably, this engagement surface is located around the bar and extends partially circularly. The bar, according to one embodiment of the invention, can be retained by a U-shaped retaining member that integrally includes an engagement surface. With the splice head according to the invention, the coil springs do not have to be replaced to secure wires of different diameter dimensions. Since the coil spring is freely arranged on the bar, radial bending at the ends of the spring can be omitted. This facilitates the manufacture of the coil spring. The invention is described below using an embodiment described in connection with the accompanying drawings. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS FIG. 1 is a schematic view of a splice head according to the present invention. 2-4 show the coil spring of the splice head of FIG. 1 in different operating positions. FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view of the coil spring of FIG. 2 taken along line 5-5. Detailed Description of the Preferred Embodiments In FIG. 1, splice head 10 is shown held by holding means 12 which is configured to be manually supported or fixed by known fixing means. The splice head 10 has accommodating means 14 for supporting a connector (not shown) configured to receive a plurality of insulated wires. Such a connector is disclosed, for example, by DE 3920367. The accommodating means 14 comprises a support plate 16 and two lateral guide members 18, whereby a connector having at least one holding body and one pressing body is held between them. The two rows of fingers 20 are provided on one side of the storage means 14. Insulated wires can extend between them and be separated from each other. The coil spring 22 is provided on the opposite side of the plate 16 of the storage means. The coil spring 22 is held by the holding means 24. Details of the retaining means and the coil spring are shown in FIGS. The holding means 24 comprises a U-shaped holding member 26, the legs of which hold a bar 28 having a circular cross section. The bar 28 fits into a hole provided in the leg portion that accommodates the bar, that is, a hole provided in the holding means 24 and the leg portion. As shown, the coil spring 22 has a length less than the length between the legs or the length of the bar 28. Therefore, the coil spring 22 can move freely along the bar 28. The diameter of the spring 22 is, for example, 15 mm, and the thickness or diameter of the wire forming the coil spring 22 is, for example, 1.5 mm. Each coil 30, or winding, of spring 22 is spaced from one another by a predetermined distance. As shown in FIGS. 2-4, the ends of the wire forming the coil spring are simply cut and are not deformed in any particular way. From FIG. 5 it can be seen that an arcuate engagement surface 34 having a circular cross section is formed in the web 32 of the U-shaped retaining member 26. The narrowest spacing between the bar 28 and the engagement surface 34 is slightly greater than the thickness of the spring wire. The circular engagement surface 34 extends to or connects to an upper plane 36 which extends parallel to a plane passing through the axis of the coil spring 22. The normal distance between the surface 36 and the bar 28 is greater than the spacing between the engagement surface 34 and the bar 28. As further shown in the figure, the engagement surface 34 is attached to the bar 28 so that the bar 28 contacts the spring 22 at approximately the same height (level) as the longitudinal axis of the spring 22 when the spring 22 is in its operating position. Formed and provided to the opposite. 2-5, it is shown how the wires 40, 40 ′, 40 ″ are respectively inserted into the spring 22 and fixed by the spring 22. 2 to 4 show that the spring 22 can occupy any position between the legs of the U-shaped holding member 26 at the beginning of the connecting work, so that the starting of the connecting work can be arbitrarily selected. I have to. Apart from the diameter of the bar 28, the largest part of the cross section of the spring 22 can be used to fix the wires 40, 40 ', 40''respectively, and two or more wires can be attached to adjacent spirals. It will be apparent from FIG. 5 that the windings or coils 30 may be inserted between them.
