Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 7%以上の破壊伸びを示す織物品質のパラ−アラミド繊維を製造する方 法において、 (a)少なくとも90%濃度の硫酸の中に4dL/g以下のインヘレン ト粘度を示すポリ(p−フェニレンテレフタルアミド)が10から14重量%入 っている紡糸用溶液を生じさせ、 (b)この溶液を、紡糸口金内の毛細管を通して押出し、不活性な非凝 固流体の層の中を通した後、水系の凝固液の中に入れることで、繊維を生じさせ 、そして (c)この凝固液の中を通る繊維を分離させたままにすると共にこの凝 固液の温度を40から80℃の温度に維持する、 ことを含む方法。 2. (d)該繊維の乾燥を1デニール当たり0から3グラムの張力下で行う 追加的段階を存在させる請求の範囲1の方法。 3. 該紡糸用溶液が異方性を示す請求の範囲1の方法。 4. 該紡糸口金が線形配列の毛細管を有する請求の範囲1の方法。 5. 該紡糸用溶液を40−100℃の温度に維持する請求の範囲1の方法。 6. 該ポリ(p−フェニレンテレフタルアミド)のインヘレント粘度が1. 5−4dL/gである請求の範囲1の方法。
