Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.少なくとも2つのクロマトグラフィーの部分的な充填剤層を含む系において 液体流通が単一方向に行われるクロマトグラフィーの疑似移動層系を用いる糖蜜 の分別方法において、生成物は以下の相:糖蜜の供給相、溶離相および再循環相 からなる多段階シーケンスの間に回収され、部分的な充填剤層にそれらの乾燥固 体プロフィールとともに存在する液体は1、2またはいくつかの部分的な充填剤 層からなるループ内の再循環相において再循環されることを特徴とする上記糖蜜 の分別方法。 2.各ループが1つの全体の乾燥固体プロフィールからなることを特徴とする請 求項1記載の方法。 3.1つの段階が糖蜜供給相および/または1もしくはそれ以上の溶離液供給相 、および生成物の回収相からなることを特徴とする請求項1および2記載の方法 。 4.1つの段階が1またはそれ以上の再循環相、および溶離液のための供給相お よび生成物回収相からなることを特徴とする請求項1および2記載の方法。 5.生成物が残渣およびショ糖および/またはベタインを含有することを特徴と する請求項1ないし4に記載の方法。 6.1つの段階が2またはそれ以上の再循環相からなることを特徴とする請求項 1および2記載の方法。 7.1つのシーケンスが5ないし10の段階からなることを特徴とする請求項1 および2記載の方法。 8.系内に平衡を達成するために前記段階からなる1つのシーケンスが5ないし 7回繰り返され、そして前記方法が達成された平衡の状態で継続されることを特 徴とする請求項1ないし7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 9.3ないし12、好ましくは3ないし6のクロマトグラフィーの部分的な充填 剤層からなる系が用いられることを特徴とする請求項1ないし8のいずれか1項 に記載の方法。 10.1つの部分的な充填剤層が1本のカラムであることを特徴とする請求項1 ないし9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 11.強酸陽イオン交換樹脂が前記カラムのための充填剤として用いられること を特徴とする請求項1ないし10のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 12.強酸陽イオン交換樹脂が1価の形態、好ましくはナトリウムもしくはカリ ウムの形態にあるか、または上記の形態の混合物としてあることを特徴とする請 求項11記載の方法。 13.カラム内の液体の流速が0.5−10m3/h/m2、ないし20m3/h /m2であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし12のいずれか1項に記載の方法 。 14.供給溶液および溶離水の温度が約40−85℃、ないし95℃であること を特徴とする請求項1ないし13のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 15.供給溶液の乾燥固体含量が20−65重量%、な いし80重量%であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし14のいずれか1項に記 載の方法。
