Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.下式の化合物又は薬学的に許容できるその塩。 〔式中、窒素原子を含有する6員環の1位と2位の間の点線は任意的な結合を 示し;Yは窒素又は炭素であり;R1は水素又はC1〜C4アルキルであり;そし てR2は水素、C1〜C4アルキル、又は=CH−X(Xは各アルキルが1〜4の 炭素を有するN,N−ジアルキルアミノにより置換されていてもよいナフチル、 各アルキルが1〜4の炭素を有するN,N−ジアルキルアミノにより置換されて いてもよいスチリル、フリル、フリルアクロリル、又は (R3、R4及びR5はそれぞれ水素、C1〜C4アルキル、各アルキルが1〜4 の炭素を有するN,N−ジアルキルアミノにより置換されていてもよいC1〜C6 アルコキシ、アミノ、シアノ、各アルキルが1〜4の炭素を有するN,N−ジア ルキルアミノ、ハロ、ヒドロキシル、及びニトロから選ばれる)で ある)である。但し、R1とR2が同時に水素であることはなく、更にこの式の窒 素原子を含有する6員環の1位と2位の間に二重結合がありかつR1が水素であ るときは、R2は1−メチル、ベンジリデン及び(4−ジメチルアミノ)ベンジ リデンのいずれでもなく、更にこの式の窒素原子を含有する6員環の1位と2位 の間に単結合がありかつR1が水素であるときは、R2は1−メチルではなく、更 にこの式の窒素原子を含有する6員環の1位と2位の間に単結合がありかつR1 が2’−メチルであるときは、R2は水素ではなく、更にYが炭素のときは、R2 は=CH−Xである。〕 2.窒素含有6員環の1位と2位の間に二重結合がありYが窒素である、請求項 1記載の化合物。 3.R1が水素でありR2が3−メチル、4−メチル、5−メチル、又は6−メチ ルである、請求項2記載の化合物。 4.R1が2−メチル、4−メチル、5−メチル、又は6−メチルであり、R2が 水素である、請求項2記載の化合物。 5.窒素含有6員環の1位と2位の間に単結合がありYが窒素である、請求項1 記載の化合物。 6.R2が=CH−XでありYが窒素である、請求項1記載の化合物。 7.Xがスチリルである、請求項6記載の化合物。 8.スチリル基が4−ジメチルアミノにより置換されている、請求項7記載の化 合物。 9.Xが である、請求項6記載の化合物。 10.R3がフェニル環の4位に結合しており、アミノ、ヒドロキシル、クロロ、 シアノ、ジエチルアミノ、メチル、メトキシ、及びニトロからなる群から選ばれ ;R4とR5のいずれもが水素である、請求項9記載の化合物。 11.R1が水素であり、R3とR4のいずれもがメトキシであり、そしてR5が水素 である、請求項9記載の化合物。 12.R3が2−メトキシであり、R4が4−メトキシである、請求項11記載の化合 物。 13.R1が水素であり、R3、R4及びR5が全てメトキシである、請求項9記載の 化合物。 14.R3が4−メトキシである、請求項13記載の化合物。 15.R1が水素であり、窒素含有6員環の1位と2位の間に単結合がある、請求 項9記載の化合物。 16.R3が4−ジメチルアミノであり、R4とR5のいずれもが水素である、請求 項15記載の化合物。 17.窒素含有6員環の1位と2位の間に二重結合がある、請求項9記載の化合物 。 18.Xがフリル又はフリルアクロイルである、請求項6記載の化合物。 19.Yが炭素であり、窒素含有6員環の1位と2位の間に二重結合がある、請求 項1記載の化合物。 20.Xが である、請求項19記載の化合物。 21.R3とR4のいずれもがメトキシであり、R5が水素である、請求項20記載の 化合物。 22.R3が2−メトキシであり、R4が4−メトキシである、請求項21記載の化合 物。 23.動物における変性神経疾患を治療する方法であって、その動物に治療有効量 の請求項1記載の化合物を投与することを含む方法。 24.動物がヒトであり、神経疾患がアルツハイマー病及びパーキンソン病から選 ばれる、請求項23記載の方法。 25.動物における変性神経疾患を治療するのに適する医薬組成物であって、治療 学的に有効な量の請求項1記載の化合物と薬学的に許容できる担体を含む組成物 。
