Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 少なくともその一部が少なくとも12個の炭素原子を有する少なくとも1 種の酸素含有炭化水素で被覆され及び/または含浸された自然燃焼性触媒からな る組成物。 2. 酸素含有炭化水素が酸、酸エステル、アルコール、ケトン、アルデヒドま たはエーテルである請求項1の組成物。 3. 酸エステルが16〜100個の炭素原子を有するグリセライド脂肪酸エス テルである請求項2の組成物。 4. 酸素含有炭化水素が16〜80個の炭素原子を有する請求項1〜3のいず れかの組成物。 5. 酸エステルが不飽和脂肪酸エステルである請求項3または4の組成物。 6. エステルがパルミトレイン酸、オレイン酸、リノレイン酸、リノール酸、 エレオステアリン酸、リシノール酸、エイコセン酸、ドコセン酸、エイコサテト ラエン酸、エイコサペンタエン酸、ドコサペンタエン酸もしくはドコサヘキサエ ン酸またはそれらの混合物から誘導される請求項5の組成物。 7. エステルが大豆油、アマニ油、サフラワー油、ヒマワリ油、コーン油、、 綿実油、オリーブ油、桐油、ヒマシ油、菜種油、タル油、落花生油、カンブラ油 、えの油、植物かす、海生動物油またはこれらの混合物から誘導される請求項5 または6の組成物。 8. エステルが飽和脂肪酸エステルである請求項3または4の組成物。 9. 飽和脂肪酸エステルがココナッツ油、ヤシ油、ラードもしくは牛脂または これらの混合物から誘導される請求項8の組成物。 10.触媒が周期律表の第VIBまたはVIII族の金属のうちの少なくとも1種の金 属、金属硫化物または金属酸化物からなる前記請求項のいずれかの組成物。 11.触媒がアルミナ、シリカ、シリカ−アルミナ、ゼオライトまたはこれらの 混合物に担持されている請求項10の組成物。 12.触媒が予備硫黄化または硫化された触媒である前記請求項のいずれかの組 成物。 13.触媒が還元された触媒である請求項1〜11のいずれかの組成物。 14.触媒が水添分解触媒である請求項1〜11のいずれかの組成物。 15.触媒が水添処理触媒である請求項1〜11のいずれかの組成物。 16.自然燃焼性触媒を少なくとも12個の炭素原子を有する少なくとも1種の 酸素含有炭化水素と接触させる自然燃焼性触媒の自己加熱性を低減する方法。 17.炭化水素が請求項1〜9のいずれかに規定されたものである請求項16の 方法。 18.触媒が請求項10〜15のいずれかに規定されたものである請求項16ま たは17の方法。 19.請求項12に記載の予備硫化された組成物を水素の存在下に200℃〜5 00℃に加熱して金属硫化物を生成させることからなる、炭化水素流またはテイ ルガス処理含硫黄ガス流の水添処理及び/または水添分解に適当な触媒を製造す る方法。 20.処理された予備硫黄化触媒を25℃〜430℃の温度において大気下に水 素と少なくとも約35℃の沸点を有する少なくとも1種の炭化水素の存在下に、 50psig〜3000psigの水素分圧及び0.1〜20hr-1の液体毎時 空間速度で、加熱することにより触媒を活性化させる請求項19の方法。 21.炭化水素が40℃〜700℃の沸点を有する請求項20の方法。 22.炭化水素が85℃〜500℃の沸点を有する請求項20及び21の方法。 23.炭化水素がジェット燃料、ケロシン、ディーゼル燃料、ガソリン、ガス油 、残油または炭化水素原料油である請求項20〜22のいずれかの方法。 24.少なくとも1種の金属または金属酸化物を含む硫化可能触媒の多孔質粒子 を予備硫黄化する方法であって: (a)その触媒を元素状硫黄と、その硫黄の少なくとも一部が触媒の細孔 に昇華及び/または溶融により入り込むような温度で、接触させ、そして (b)その前に、同時に、またはその後に、触媒粒子を少なくとも12個 の炭素原子を有する少なくとも1種の酸素含有炭化水素と、接触させることから なる前記方法。 25.少なくとも1種の金属または金属酸化物を含む硫化可能触媒の多孔質粒子 を予備硫黄化する方法であって: (a)その触媒を少なくとも1種の硫黄化合物と、その硫黄化合物の少な くとも一部を触媒の細孔に含浸によって導入するような条件下に、接触させ、そ して (b)その前に、同時に、またはその後にその触媒粒子を少なくとも20 個の炭素原子を有する少なくとも1種の酸素含有炭化水素と接触させる、ことか らなる前記方法。 26.炭化水素が請求項3及び5〜8のいずれかに規定のものである請求項24 または25の方法。 27.少なくとも1種の金属または金属酸化物を含む硫化可能触媒の多孔質粒子 を予備硫黄化する方法であって; (a)その触媒を少なくとも1種の硫黄化合物と、その硫黄化合物の少な くとも一部を含浸によって触媒の細孔中に導入する条件下で、接触させ、そして (b)その前、同時に、またはその後に触媒粒子を、少なくとも12個の 炭素原子を有する少なくとも1種のグリセライド脂肪酸エステルと、接触させる 、ことからなる前記方法。 28.炭化水素が請求項2,4及び9〜15のいずれかに規定のものである請求 項24〜27のいずれかの方法。 29.炭化水素流またはテイルガス処理硫黄含有ガス流を水添処理及び/または 水添分解する方法であって、該流を水素の存在下に、請求項14または15の硫 化触媒または請求項19の方法で作られたものと、接触させることからなる前記 方法。 30.該流を100℃〜450℃の温度で水添分解触媒と接触させる請求項29 の方法。 31.自然燃焼性の触媒を少なくとも12個の炭素原子を有する少なくとも1種 の酸素含有炭化水素と接触させ、処理された触媒を容器中に入れ、そしてその容 器を輸送することからなる自然燃焼性触媒を輸送する方法。 32.少なくとも100kgの触媒を容器に入れる請求項31の方法。 33.少なくとも250kgの触媒を容器に入れる請求項32の方法。 34.反応器の操作を停止させ、反応器中の触媒を少なくとも12個の炭素原子 を有する少なくとも1種の酸素含有炭化水素と接触させ、次いでその酸素含有炭 化水素処理触媒を反応器から除くことからなる、操作中の反応器から触媒を除く 方法。 35.炭化水素が請求項2〜9のいずれかに規定されたものである請求項29〜 34のいずれかの方法。
