Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.(1)少なくとも1種の硬化性で液体の有機金属セラミック前駆体バイン ダーで、少なくとも一部の砂の表面を少なくとも部分的に無溶媒コーティングし 、砂/バインダー混合物を作成し、(2)前記砂/バインダー混合物から少なく とも1つの形状を作成し、(3)前記砂/バインダー混合物を硬化させて少なく とも1つの砂型、シェル、又は中子を作成し、そして(4)得られた硬化した少 なくとも1つの砂型、シェル、又は中子の中に少なくとも1種の金属又は金属マ トリックス複合材料を注型し、少なくとも1つの成形された金属又は金属マトリ ックス複合体を形成することを含む、注型によって成形体を作成する方法。 2.前記少なくとも1種の硬化性で液体の有機金属セラミック前駆体バインダ ーが、チタン、ジルコニウム、アルミニウム、又はケイ素を含む請求の範囲第1 項に記載の方法。 3.前記少なくとも1種の硬化性で液体の有機金属セラミック前駆体がケイ素 を含む請求の範囲第1又は2項に記載の方法。 4.前記少なくとも1種の硬化性で液体の有機金属セラミック前駆体が酸素又 は窒素を含む請求の範囲第1〜3項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 5.前記少なくとも1種の硬化性で液体の有機金属セラミック前駆体が窒素を 含む請求の範囲第4項に記載の方法。 6.前記少なくとも1種の硬化性で液体の有機金属セラミック前駆体がアルケ ニル、アルキニル、エポキシ、アクリレート、又はメタクリレート基を含む請求 の範囲第1〜5項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 7.前記少なくとも1種の硬化性で液体の有機金属セラミック前駆体がアルケ ニル基を含む請求の範囲第1〜5項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 8.前記アルケニル基がビニル基である請求の範囲第7項に記載の方法。 9.前記少なくとも1種の硬化性で液体の有機金属セラミック前駆体がポリシ ラザンを含む請求の範囲第1〜8項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 10.前記少なくとも1種の硬化性で液体の有機金属セラミック前駆体が少な くとも1種のポリユリアシラザンを含む請求の範囲第1〜9項のいずれか1項に 記載の方法。 11.前記少なくとも1種の硬化性で液体の有機金属セラミック前駆体が少な くとも1種のポリシロキサンを含む請求の範囲第1、2、3、4、6、7、8項 のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 12.前記少なくとも1種の硬化性で液体の有機金属セラミック前駆体が、砂 とバインダーの混合物の全重量を基準に砂とバインダ ーの混合物の約0.1%〜約20%を構成する請求の範囲第1〜11項のいずれ か1項に記載の方法。 13.前記少なくとも1種の硬化性で液体の有機金属セラミック前駆体が、砂 とバインダーの混合物の全重量を基準に砂とバインダーの混合物の約0.1重量 %〜約5重量%を構成する請求の範囲第12項に記載の方法。 14.前記少なくとも1種の硬化性で液体の有機金属セラミック前駆体が、砂 とバインダーの混合物の全重量を基準に砂とバインダーの混合物の約0.1重量 %〜約2重量%を構成する請求の範囲第13項に記載の方法。 15.前記少なくとも1種の硬化性で液体の有機金属セラミック前駆体が、熱 、紫外線、又はレーザーのエネルギーの少なくとも1種の適用によって硬化され る請求の範囲第1項に記載の方法。 16.前記少なくとも1種の硬化性で液体の有機金属セラミック前駆体が熱の 適用によって硬化される請求の範囲第15項に記載の方法。 17.前記少なくとも1種の硬化性で液体の有機金属セラミック前駆体が、少 なくとも1種のフリーラジカル発生剤をさらに含む請求の範囲第16項に記載の 方法。 18.前記少なくとも1種のフリーラジカル発生剤が少なくとも1種の過酸化 物又は少なくとも1種のアゾ化合物を含む請求の範囲第17項に記載の方法。 19.前記少なくとも1種の過酸化物がジクミルペルオキシドを含む請求の範 囲第18項に記載の方法。 20.前記注型が、硬化した砂型、シェル、又は中子の少なくとも1種を用い て行われる請求の範囲第1〜19項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 21.前記少なくとも1種の砂が、ケイ砂、ジルコンサンド、カンラン石サン ド、マグネサイトサンド、クロマイトサンド、ヘビサンド、クロマイトスピネル サンド、カーボンサンド、非結合砂、洗浄砂、クルードサンド、レークサンド、 バンクサンド、天然結合性砂、炭化ケイ素サンド、シャモットサンド、ムライト サンド、カイヤナイトサンド、シリモネイトサンド、アルミニウムサンド、コラ ンダムサンド、及びこれらの組み合わせ、及びこれらの混合物のうちの少なくと も1種を含む請求の範囲第1〜20項のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 22.請求の範囲第1〜21項のいずれか1項で特定された砂とバインダーの 混合物。 23.(1)少なくとも1種の砂、(2)前記少なくとも1種の砂の表面を少な くとも部分的にコーティングした少なくとも1種の硬化性で液体の有機金属セラ ミック前駆体バインダー、を含んでなる砂とバインダーの混合物。
