- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.酸化防止剤の不在下で約37〜40AOM時間の酸化安定性を有する非水素 化カノラを含む油。 2.総極性物質の増加百分率が揚げ物に32時間使用した後で約6.7%、64 時間使用した後で約17.3%である、請求項1に記載の油。 3.遊離脂肪酸の増加百分率が揚げ物に32時間使用した後で約0.28%、6 4時間使用した後で約0.73%である、請求項1に記載の油。 4.ロビボンドカラーの増加が揚げ物に32時間使用した後で約2.4赤、64 時間使用した後で約6.4赤である、請求項1に記載の油。 5.p−アニシジン価の増加が揚げ物に32時間使用した後で約112吸光度/ g、64時間使用した後で約125吸光度/gである、請求項1に記載の油。 6.過酸化物価が15日間の促進老化後に最高で約24.5Meq/Kgまで増 加する、請求項1に記載の油。 7.p−アニシジン価が15日間の促進老化後に最高で約6.9吸光度/gまで 増加する、請求項1に記載の油。 8.請求項1の油を含むブラシカ・ナプス(Brassica napus)カノラ変種からな る種子。 9.請求項8の種子の子孫。 10.アメリカン・タイプ・カルチャー・コレクションに寄託されて受託番号75 446を有する、請求項8に記載の種子。 11.請求項1の種子油を産生するカノラ変種からなるブラシカ・ナプス(Brassi ca napus)植物系列。 12.請求項11の系列の植物。
