Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.染め戻し阻止組成物であって、再沈着性セルラーゼにおいて約5ppm全タ ンパク質:添加プロテアーゼにおいて1,000ppm全タンパク質から、再沈着性セル ラーゼにおいて1,000ppm全タンパク質:添加プロテアーゼにおいて1ppm全タン パク質までの比において、再沈着性セルラーゼと添加プロテアーゼを含んで成る 組成物。 2.セルラーゼ対添加プロテアーゼの比が、再沈着性セルラーゼにおいて約10 ppm全タンパク質:添加プロテアーゼにおいて200ppm全タンパク質から、再沈着 性セルラーゼにおいて200ppm全タンパク質:添加プロテアーゼにおいて1ppm全 タンパク質までである、請求項1に記載の組成物。 3.添加プロテアーゼが、セリン又はメタロ・プロテアーゼである、請求項1 に記載の組成物。 4.添加プロテアーゼが、バチルス(Bacillus)又はアスペルギルス(Asperg illus) 由来である、請求項1に記載の組成物。 5.再沈着性セルラーゼが、トリコデルマ(Trichoderma)由来である、請求 項1に記載の組成物。 6.添加プロテアーゼ又は再沈着性セルラーゼを遺伝子工学により修飾して、 そのプロテアーゼの特定の成分を過剰発現し又は特定の成分について欠失してい る株を作出する、請求項1に記載の組成物。 7.添加プロテアーゼ又は再沈着性セルラーゼをタンパク質工学により修飾し て、変更された特性、例えば酵素活性又は特異性をもつプロテアーゼ又はセルラ ーゼ酵素を作出する、請求項1に記載の組成物。 8.組成物がさらに界面活性剤を含んで成る、請求項1に記載の 組成物。 9.乾燥製品である、請求項1に記載の組成物。 10.液体溶液である、請求項1に記載の組成物。 11.染め戻り阻止組成物であって、再沈着性セルラーゼにおいて約1ppm全タ ンパク質:添加プロテアーゼにおいて10ppm全タンパク質から、再沈着性セルラ ーゼにおいて100ppm全タンパク質:添加プロテアーゼにおいて1ppm全タンパク 質までの比において、トリコデルマ(Trichoderma)からの再沈着性セルラーゼ と添加サブチリシン・プロテアーゼを含んで成る組成物。 12.インジゴ染色デニムの表面に、色の濃淡において変化をもつ局在領域及び そのデニムの青色と白色の繊維の間の高いコントラストを導入するための方法で あって、そのデニムを、以下の: a.色の濃淡において変化を作り出すのに十分な有効量の再沈着性セルラーゼ ;及び b.染め戻りを減少させ、そしていずれかのオーダーにおいて青色と白色の繊 維の間のコントラストを増加させるのに十分な有効量の添加プロテアーゼと接触 させることを含んで成る方法。 13.有効量のセルラーゼとプロテアーゼが、約5ppmの全再沈着性セルラーゼ ・タンパク質:1,000ppm全添加プロテアーゼ・タンパク質から、1,000ppm全再沈 着性セルラーゼ・タンパク質:1ppm全添加プロテアーゼ・タンパク質までの比 である、請求項12に記載の方法。 14.添加プロテアーゼが、セリン又はメタロ・プロテアーゼである、請求項12 に記載の方法。 15.プロテアーゼが、バチルス(Bacillus)又はアスペルギルス(Aspergillu s) 由来である、請求項12に記載の方法。 16.再沈着したインジゴ染料の除去をさらに増加させるのに十分 な量における界面活性剤の添加をさらに含んで成る、請求項12に記載の方法。 17.プロテアーゼが、セルラーゼ処理後に、別々の処理水中でデニムと接触す る、請求項12に記載の方法。 18.再沈着性セルラーゼが、トリコデルマ(Trichoderma)由来である、請求 項12に記載の方法。 19.添加プロテアーゼ又は再沈着性セルラーゼを遺伝子工学により修飾して、 プロテアーゼ又はセルラーゼの特定成分を過剰発現し又は特定の成分について欠 失している株を作出する、請求項12に記載の方法。 20.添加プロテアーゼ又は再沈着性セルラーゼをタンパク質工学により修飾し て、変更された特性、例えば酵素活性又は特異性をもつプロテアーゼ又はセルラ ーゼ酵素を作出する、請求項12に記載の方法。 21.デニムを軽石と接触させることをさらに含んで成る、請求項12に記載の方 法。 22.セリン・プロテアーゼが、サブチリシン(subtilisin)である、請求項3 に記載の組成物。 23.セリン・プロテアーゼが、サブチリシンである、請求項14に記載の方法。 24.再沈着性セルラーゼとプロテアーゼを一緒に混合し、そして約1時間〜約 14日間約30℃〜約60℃のレンジの温度においてインキュベートする、請求項10に 記載の組成物。 25.乾燥製品が、粒状物の形態にある、請求項9に記載の組成物。 26.再沈着性セルラーゼとプロテアーゼを一緒に混合し、そして約1時間〜約 14日間約30℃〜約60℃のレンジの温度においてインキ ュベートする、請求項25に記載の組成物。 27.インジゴ染色されたデニムの表面に、色の濃淡における変化をもつ局在領 域及びそのデニムの青色と白色の繊維との間の高いコントラストを導入するため の方法であって、染め戻りが減少され、そして青色と白色の繊維との間のコント ラストを増加させるように、そのデニムを、請求項24又は26に記載の組成物の有 効量と接触させることを含んで成る方法。
