Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. 少なくとも一定限度内の時間区間の間では、選択的に、純粋に内燃機関 的な駆動により作動可能であるか、又は、純粋に電動機な駆動により作動可能で あるか、又は、同時に内燃機関的及び電動機的な駆動により作動可能であり、内 燃機関と電気機械(4)とが、変速機につながる共通の被駆動軸(2)に作用し 、内燃機関のクランク軸(3)と前記被駆動軸(2)との間のトルク伝達がクラ ッチ技術的に切換え可能である、内燃機関及び前記電気機械(4)を備えるハイ ブリッド自動車のための駆動装置において、 前記電気機械(4)の固定子(5)が内燃機関及び/又は所属の変速機 に固定され、 電気機械(4)の回転子(8)がトルク伝達可能に前記被駆動軸(2) に接続され、 駆動装置の中に、ただ1つの切換え可能なクラッチ(1)すなわち切換 え及び分離クラッチが設けられていることを特徴とするハイブリッド自動車のた めの駆動装置。 2. 電気機械(4)が外部回転子機械として形成されていることを特徴とす る請求の範囲第1項に記載のハイブリッド自動車のための駆動装置。 3. 回転子(3)が多数の永久磁石を備え、固定子(5)の巻線(6)に流 れる電流を転流する電子制御装置を備える請求の範囲第1項又は第2項に記載の ハイブリッド自動車のための駆動装置。 4. 固定子が、連続的に延在して固定子巻線(6)の近辺まで到達する凹部 (9)、とりわけ軸方向に走行する凹部を有し、 クラッチ(1)が、完全又は部分的に前記凹部(9)の中に配置されて いることを特徴とする請求の範囲第2項又は第3項に記載のハイブリッド自動車 のための駆動装置。 5. クラッチ(1)が、単板乾式クラッチとして形成されていることを特徴 とする請求の範囲第1項から第4項のうちのいずれか1つの項に記載のハイブリ ッド自動車のための駆動装置。 6. クラッチ(1)が、多板乾式クラッチとして形成されていることを特徴 とする請求の範囲第1項から第4項のうちのいずれか1つの項に記載のハイブリ ッド自動車のための駆動装置。 7. 少なくともクラッチ(1)が、ねじり振動減衰素子(10)及び/又は 過負荷防止装置、例えばスリップクラッチ(摩擦クラッチ)を有することを特徴 とする請求の範囲第1項から第6項のうちのいずれか1つの項に記載のハイブリ ッド自動車のための駆動装置。 8. 回転子(8)と被駆動軸(2)との間の接続部にねじり振動減衰素子( 10)を有することを特徴とする請求の範囲第7項に記載のハイブリッド自動車 のための駆動装置。 9. クラッチ(1)を作動するために、被駆動軸(2)により案内されるク ラッチアウト棒(12)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第4項か ら第8項のうちのいずれか1つの項に記載のハイブリッド自動車のための駆動装 置。 10. クラッチ(1)を作動するために、液圧的に又は電気的に作動される クラッチアウト部材が設けられ、前記クラッチアウト部材は内燃機関と変速機と の間に中心に配置されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第5項から第8項のう ちのいずれか1つの項に記載のハイブリッド自動車のための駆動装置。 11. クラッチ(1)が、不作動状態では、ダイヤフラムばね(13)の圧 力によりクラッチインされていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第5項から第10 項のうちのいずれか1つの項に記載のハイブリッド自動車のための駆動装置。 12. 電子制御装置(30)が、クラッチ(1)を自動的に作動するように 構成されていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から第11項のうちのいずれ か1つの項に記載のハイブリッド自動車のための駆動装置。 13. 電子制御装置(30)が、クラッチ(1)が、ほぼ衝撃なしにかつ摩 耗もほぼ発生せずにクラッチインするように構成されていることを特徴とする請 求の範囲第1項から第12項のうちのいずれか1つの項に記載のハイブリッド自 動車のための駆動装置。 14. 電気機械(4)が、レゾルバ装置(14)を備え、 電子制御装置(30)が電気機械(4)の電動機作動及び/又は発電機 作動で固定子巻線(5)に流れる電流を制御して、これにより前記電気機械(4 )が出力又は入力するトルクがねじり振動を減衰するように被駆動軸(2)に作 用することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から第13項のうちのいずれか1つの 項に記載のハイブリッド自動車のための駆動装置。 15. 被駆動軸(2)が変速機の入力軸を形成し、 電子制御装置(30)が、変速段切換えの際、回転子(8)の回転数を 制御して、変速機を同期することを特徴とする請求の範囲第1項から第14項の うちのいずれか1つの項に記載のハイブリッド自動車のための駆動装置。 16. 変速機の被駆動回転数を直接的又は間接的に検出する手段が、設けら れていることを特徴とする請求の範囲第15項に記載のハイブリッド自動車のた めの駆動装置。 17. 電子制御装置(30)が、切換え希望を検出する電気的及び/又は内 燃機関的走行作動の際、アクセルペダルの時間経過及び/又は電気機械(4)の 回転数の時間経過を入力量として利用することを特徴とする請求の範囲第15項 に記載のハイブリッド自動車のための駆動装置。
