Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.固定接触子と、これに対して軸方向に動く可動接触子と、可動接触子の接触 子棒にろう付けされたベローズと、2つのキャップ状金属部分と1つのリング状 碍子とからなるハウジングとを備え、このハウジングが接触子及びベローズを取 り囲んでいる真空スイッチバルブにおいて、ベローズ(10)はその一端で可動 接触子(2)の近くにおいてその接触子棒(4、41)にろう付けされ、リング 状碍子(6)はベローズ(10)に対して同心的に配置され、しかもその碍子の 壁厚(D)はその軸方向長(L)とほぼ等しく、かつ可動接触子(2)の底に開 閉区間に向かって開いているキャップ状の保護シールド(9)が配置されている ことを特徴とする真空スイッチバルブ。 2.キャップ状の保護シールドはその縁部で接触子の底部分を取り囲み、キャッ プ縁部の接触子(2)の周囲からの距離(r)が約2乃至4mm、キャップ縁部 の接触子(2)の軸方向高さ(h)が少なくとも約4mmであることを特徴とす る請求項1記載の真空スイッチバルブ。 3.キャップ状の保護シールド(9)が銅からなることを特徴とする請求項1又 ば2記載の真空スイッチバルブ。
