Description
Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ビークル位置突止めシステム用の移動追跡装置に於て、 ビークルの位置を実質的に表すデータを発生する航行装置であって、前記ビー クルが移動している間、選ばれた作動率FGで周期的に付勢されて、ビークル位 置データを発生する様になっている航行装置と、 前記ビークルの運動を表すビークル運動データを発生する運動センサと、 前記ビークル運動データを受取る様に前記運動センサに結合された追跡装置制 御器であって、前記ビークル運動データに基づいて前記航行装置を制御して、前 記ビークルが実質的に不動である時は、前記作動率FGを所定の倍数だけ低下さ せて、当該追跡装置の全電力消費量を低減する様にし、更に、前記運動センサに より前記ビークルの運動が再開されたことが示された時は、元の前記作動率FG に戻して、前記ビークルの運動が再開された時のビークル位置データの実質的な 損失を避ける様にした追跡装置制御器と を有する移動追跡装置。 2.前記航行装置は航行受信機を有し、前記移動追跡装置は更に、前記ビーク ルが移動している間、選ばれた作動率FEMで周期的に付勢されて、少なくとも前 記ビークル位置データを送信する電磁発信器を含み、前記追跡装置制御器は、前 記ビークル運動データに基づいて前記発信器を制御して、前記ビークルが実質的 に不動である時は、前記作 動率FEMを所定の倍数だけ下げて、当該追跡装置の全電力消費量を低減する様に なっており、前記追跡装置制御器は更に、前記運動センサにより前記ビークルの 運動が再開されたことが示された時、元の前記作動率FEMに戻して、前記ビーク ルの運動が再開された時間の間少なくとも前記ビークル位置データを前記作動率 FEMで送信する様になっている請求項1記載の移動追跡装置。 3.前記航行装置がGPS受信機を有している請求項2記載の移動追跡装置。 4.前記航行装置がトランシーバで構成されている請求項1記載の移動追跡装 置。 5.前記運動センサが加速度計で構成されている請求項1記載の移動追跡装置 。 6.前記加速度計が3軸加速度計で構成されている請求項5記載の移動追跡装 置。 7.前記運動センサが振動センサで構成されている請求項1記載の移動追跡装 置。 8.前記運動センサが音響センサで構成されている請求項1記載の移動追跡装 置。 9.更に、前記ディジタル制御器に結合されていて、前記ビークルに関連する 所定のそれぞれの状態を測定する1組のそれぞれの感知素子を含んでいる請求項 2記載の移動追跡装置。 10.前記1組の感知素子が、温度感知素子、圧力感知素子、リミット・スイ ッチ及び歪み計からなる群から選ば れた少なくとも1つを含んでいる請求項9記載の移動追跡装置。 11.更に、前記移動追跡装置のそれぞれの部品に給電する電源を有している 請求項1記載の移動追跡装置。 12.前記電源が電池で構成され、該電池は、該電池を充電する充電装置に作 動的に結合されている請求項11記載の移動追跡装置。 13.前記充電装置が太陽電池の配列を含んでいる請求項12記載の移動追跡 装置。 14.ビークル位置突止めシステム用の移動追跡装置に於て、 ビークルの位置に実質的に対応するデータを発生する航行装置であって、前記 ビークルが移動している間、選ばれた作動率FGで周期的に付勢されて、ビーク ル位置データを発生する航行装置と、 前記ビークルが移動している間、選ばれた作動率FEMで周期的に付勢されて、 少なくともビークル位置データを送信する電磁発振器と、 前記ビークルの運動を表すビークル運動データを発生する運動センサと、 前記ビークル運動データを受取る様に前記運動センサに結合された追跡装置制 御器であって、前記ビークル運動データに基づいて前記航行装置及び発信器を制 御して、前記ビークルが実質的に不動である時間の間は、各々の前記作動率FG 及びFEMをそれぞれ所定の倍数だけ下げて、当該 追跡装置の全電力消費量を低減する様にし、更に、前記運動センサにより前記ビ ークルの運動が再開されたことが示された時は、元の前記作動率FG及びFEMに 戻して、前記ビークルの運動が再開された時間の間のビークル位置データの実質 的な損失を避ける様にした追跡装置制御器と を有する移動追跡装置。 15.前記航行装置がGPS受信機で構成されている請求項14記載の移動追 跡装置。 16.前記運動センサが加速度計で構成されている請求項14記載の移動追跡 装置。 17.前記加速度計が3軸加速度計で構成されている請求項16記載の移動追 跡装置。 18.前記運動センサが振動センサで構成されている請求項14記載の移動追 跡装置。 19.前記運動センサが音響センサで構成される請求項14記載の移動追跡装 置。 20.更に、前記ディジタル制御器に結合されていて、鉄道車輛に関連するそ れぞれの別の状態を測定する1組のそれぞれの感知素子を有している請求項14 記載の移動追跡装置。 21.前記1組の感知素子が、温度感知素子、圧力感知素子、リミット・スイ ッチ及び歪み計からなる群から選ばれた少なくとも1つを有している請求項20 記載の移動追跡装置。 22.更に、前記移動追跡装置のそれぞれの部品に給電 する電源を有している請求項14記載の移動追跡装置。 23.前記電源が電池で構成され、該電池が、該電池を充電する充電装置に作 動的に結合されている請求項22記載の移動追跡装置。 24.前記充電装置が太陽電池の配列を含んでいる請求項23記載の移動追跡 装置。 25.ビークル位置突止めシステム用の移動追跡装置を作動する方法に於て、 ビークルの位置を実質的に表すデータを発生し得る航行装置を用意する段階と 、 前記ビークルが移動している間、前記航行装置を選ばれた作動率FGで周期的 に付勢して、ビークル位置データを発生する段階と、 前記ビークルの運動を表すビークル運動データを発生する段階と、 前記ビークルが実質的に不動である時、前記作動率FGを所定の倍数だけ下げ て、前記追跡装置の全電力消費量を低減することが出来る様に、前記ビークル運 動データに従って前記航行装置を制御する段階と、 前記運動センサにより前記ビークルの運動が再開されたことが示された時、元 の前記作動率FGに戻して、前記ビークルの運動が再開された時間の間のビーク ル位置データの実質的な損失を避ける様に、前記ビークル運動データに従って前 記航行装置を制御する段階と を有する方法。 26.前記航行装置がGPS受信機である請求項25記載の方法。 27.前記航行装置がトランシーバである請求項25記載の方法。 28.更に、少なくとも前記ビークル位置データを送信し得る電磁発信器を用 意する段階と、 前記ビークルが移動している間、前記電磁発信器を選ばれた作動率FEMで周期 的に付勢して、少なくとも前記ビークル位置データを送信する段階と、 前記ビークルが実質的に不動である時、前記作動率FEMを所定の倍数だけ下げ て、前記追跡装置の全電力消費量を低減することが出来る様に、前記発信器を前 記ビークル運動データに従って制御する段階と、 前記運動センサにより前記ビークルの運動が再開されたことが示された時、元 の前記作動率FGに戻して、前記作動率FEMで少なくとも前記ビークル位置デー タを送信する様に、前記ビークル運動データに従って前記発信器を制御する段階 を含んでいる請求項26記載の方法。
