Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.本質的に生物学的に分解可能なポリマーフォームを製造する方法において、 熱可塑性澱粉または破壊された澱粉、あるいは熱可塑性澱粉または破壊された澱 粉と少なくとも1つの生物学的に分解可能な疎水性ポリマーとからなるポリマー 混合物を、生物学的に分解可能な繊維状またはカプセル状の材料と一緒に混合し 、但しこの材料は水を毛管活性に結合することができ、かつ少なくとも部分的に 水が添加されているか、または飽和されているものであり、引続き、または別々 の処理段階で、ポリマー/材料混合物を圧力および温度の制御下に、ポリマーの 発泡を生じさせるため、材料中で毛管結合した水が除去されるように、後加工さ れることを特徴とする、生物学的に分解可能なポリマーフォームを製造する方法 。 2.熱可塑性澱粉、または熱可塑性澱粉を含有するポリマー混合物を、繊維状ま たはカプセル状の、水を添加されたかまたは飽和された材料30重量%までと一 緒に混合し、この場合、熱可塑性澱粉または熱可塑性の澱粉/ポリマー混合物の 含水量は5重量%未満、有利に1重量%未満である、殊に請求の範囲1記載の方 法。 3.熱可塑性澱粉または熱可塑性澱粉/ポリマー混合 物と、繊維状またはカプセル状材料との混合を、100〜200℃、有利に13 0〜170℃の温度範囲内で行なう、殊に請求の範囲1または2に記載の方法。 4.繊維状材料またはカプセル状材料が少なくとも1つの次の繊維: 麻、ジュート、サイザル麻、木綿、亜麻/リンネル、桑繊維の絹および/また はマニラ麻を包含する、殊に請求の範囲1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法 。 5.繊維状またはカプセル状材料が少なくとも1つの次の物質: 通気粘土、シリカゲル、アガロースゲル、セファテックスゲルおよび/または セオライト を包含する、殊に請求の範囲1から3までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 6.繊維状またはカプセル状材料がラミー繊維を包含する、殊に請求の範囲1か ら4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 7.ポリマー混合物が熱可塑性澱粉とともに、少なくとも1つの次の疎水性ポリ マー: −置換度≦2を有するセルロース誘導体、例えばセルロースエーテル、セルロ ースエステルまたはセルロース混合エステル; −脂肪族ポリエステル、例えばポリカプロラクトン 、ポリヒドロキシ−酪酸、ポリヒドロキシ−酪酸−ヒドロキシーバレリアン酸− コポリマーおよびポリ−乳酸; −疎水性蛋白質、例えばゼイン;および/または −ポリ酢酸ビニルを100%は加水分解せず、有利に約88%の加水分解度を 用いて加水分解することによって製造されたポリビニルアルコール を含有する、殊に請求の範囲1から4までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 8.ポリマー混合物がポリマー相助剤もしくは巨大分子の分散剤を包含し、この 場合、相助剤もしくは分散剤が澱粉相と疎水性ポリマー相との分子結合に役立つ 、殊に請求の範囲7記載の方法。 9.熱可塑性の加工可能な澱粉を製造するか、もしくは加水分解するため、膨潤 剤または可塑剤として、もしくは軟化剤として、少なくとも1つの次の物質: −ソルビトール、グリセリン、ペンタエリトリトール、トリメチルプロパン、 ポリビニルアルコール、ヒドロキシ酸、例えば乳酸および/またはその塩、ポリ ビニルアルコール、エトキシル化されたポリアルコール、および/または前述の 物質の混合物 を使用する、殊に請求の範囲1から8までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 10. 熱可塑性澱粉または、<1重量%の含水量を有する熱可塑性澱粉/ポリマ ー混合物と、約0.3〜4.0mm、有利に約0.4〜0.6mmの繊維長を有 する、水で飽和したラミー繊維2〜20重量%、有利に約4〜8重量%とを、約 120〜180℃、有利に約130〜170℃の温度範囲で混合する、殊に請求 の範囲1から9までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 11. フォーム製造のため、熱可塑性澱粉もしくは熱可塑性澱粉/ポリマー混合 物を、約200〜210℃の温度でラミー繊維を用いて加工処理し、その結果、 ラミー繊維中で毛管活性的に結合しており、熱可塑性澱粉を膨張させるために発 泡材として使用されるような水の除去が惹起される、殊に請求の範囲1から10 までのいずれか1項記載の方法。 12. 生物学的に分解可能なポリマーフォームを製造するために適当なポリマー 混合物を製造する方法において、熱可塑性澱粉または、熱可塑性澱粉および<1 重量%の含水量を有する疎水性ポリマーとを含有するポリマー混合物と、水で飽 和したラミー繊維30重量%まで、有利に約4〜8重量%とを、約130〜17 0℃の温度範囲で混合することを特徴とする、生物学的に分解可能なポリマーフ ォームの製造に適当なポリマー混合物を製造する方法。 13. 生物学的に分解可能なポリマーフォームにおい て、発泡熱可塑性澱粉、または熱可塑性澱粉および疎水性ポリマー少なくとも1 つを包含する発泡ポリマー混合物のフォームがラミー繊維を添加されていること を特徴とする、生物学的に分解可能なポリマーフォーム。 14. 熱可塑性澱粉および、フォームの全重量に対してラミー繊維少なくとも3 〜30重量%を含有する、殊に請求の範囲13記載のポリマーフォーム。 15. 発泡熱可塑性澱粉が、軟化剤として、熱可塑性澱粉の全重量に対してグリ セリン、ソルビトールまたはこれらの混合物20〜35重量、ならびにフォーム の全重量に対してラミー繊維4〜8重量%を包含する、殊に請求の範囲13また は14のいずれか1項記載のポリマーフォーム。 16. 生物学的に分解可能なポリマーフォームの製造に適当なポリマー混合物に おいて、熱可塑性澱粉または、熱可塑性澱粉および少なくとも1つの疎水性ポリ マーを含有するポリマー混合物が、本質的に水で飽和したラミー繊維と一緒に存 在することを特徴とする、生物学的に分解可能なポリマーフォームの製造に適当 なポリマー混合物。 17. 熱可塑性澱粉の重量に対してグリセリン、ソルビトールまたはこれらの混 合物20〜35重量を含有するポリマー混合物が、ポリマー混合物の全重量に対 して4〜8重量%の含分を有する、本質的に水で 飽和したラミー繊維と一緒に混合され、存在することを特徴とする、請求の範囲 16記載のポリマー混合物。 18. 梱包材として、断熱材として、遮音材として、絶縁材料として、発泡シー トおよび/またはいわゆるチップを製造するための、請求の範囲13から15ま でのいずれか1項ポリマーフォームの使用。
