- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.水性セルロース懸濁液を生成し、 懸濁液に、IVが少なくとも6dl/gのポリマー歩留り向上剤を添加してフロ ックを生成し、 懸濁液を剪断してフロックを分解することにより微小フロックを生成し、 懸濁液にアニオン性粒状材料を添加して微小フロックを凝集させ、 懸濁液を水切りしてシートを形成し、白水はスクリーンから排出し、 シートを乾燥する ことからなり、 ポリマー歩留り向上剤が、非イオン性エチレン系不飽和モノマー及び2モル%未 満のエチレン系不飽和カチオン性モノマー及び/又は30モル%未満のエチレン 系不飽和アニオン性モノマーから生成される実質的に非イオン又はアニオン性の 水溶性ポリマーであり、歩留り向上剤を添加する懸濁液が、多量の電解質を含む 懸濁液である製紙方法。 2.歩留り向上剤を添加する懸濁液が、乾燥重量1t当たり400gの量の前記 歩留り向上剤で処理した後のこの懸 濁液のSchopper Riegler水切れ時間が、同一懸濁液を、IVが 実質的に非イオン性の歩留り向上剤と実質的に同一であるカチオン試験歩留り向 上剤及びアニオン試験歩留り向上剤を各々同量用いて処理したときに得られた水 切れ時間よりも短くなるような懸濁液であり、ここで、カチオン試験歩留り向上 剤が5モル%のカチオン性モノマーと95モル%の非イオン性モノマーとを含む モノマーから生成され、アニオン試験歩留り向上剤が、25モル%以下(好まし くは15モル%)のアニオン性モノマーと少なくとも75モル%の非イオン性モ ノマーとを含むモノマーから生成される請求項1に記載の方法。 3.ポリマー歩留り向上剤が、非イオン性モノマー及び任意に2モル%未満のカ チオン性モノマー及び/又は10モル%未満のアニオン性モノマーから生成され る実質的に非イオン性のポリマーである請求項2に記載の方法。 4.白水の電導度が少なくとも1500マイクロジーメンスである請求項1に記 載の方法。 5.白水の電導度が2000〜3000マイクロジーメンスである請求項1に記 載の方法。 6.懸濁液が、主に機械的パルプ及び/又はサーモメカニ カルパルプ及び/又は脱インキ故紙から生成される請求項4に記載の方法。 7.懸濁液が、少なくとも5重量%の硫酸カルシウム又は炭酸カルシウム填剤を 含んでいる請求項4に記載の方法。 8.水切り工程からの白水を繰り返し再循環させ、これを新規導入水と一緒に使 用する閉鎖ミルで実施され、紙1t当たり30t未満の新規導入水を使用する請 求項4に記載の方法。 9.水切り工程からの白水を繰り返し再循環させ、これを新規導入水と一緒に使 用する閉鎖ミルで実施され、紙1t当たり30t未満の新規導入水を使用する請 求項5に記載の方法。 10.懸濁液が明ばんを含み、紙が段ボール原紙である請求項4に記載の方法。 11.アニオン性粒状材料がアニオン性膨潤クレーである請求項4に記載の方法 。 12.水切り工程からの白水を濃厚紙料希釈のために繰り返し再循環させる閉鎖 ミルで実施され、懸濁液が少なくとも5重量%の硫酸カルシウム又は炭酸カルシ ウム填剤を含み、白水の電導度が少なくとも1500マイクロジーメン スである請求項4に記載の方法。 13.水性セルロース懸濁液を生成し、 懸濁液に、1Vが少なくとも6dl/gのポリマー歩留り向上剤を添加してフロ ックを生成し、 懸濁液を剪断してフロックを分解することにより微小フロックを生成し、 懸濁液にアニオン粒状材料を添加して微小フロックを凝集させ、 懸濁液を水切りしてシートを形成し、白水はスクリーンから排出し、 シートを乾燥する ことからなり、 ポリマー歩留り向上剤が、非イオン性エチレン系不飽和モノマー及び任意に2モ ル%未満のカチオン性モノマー及び/又は10モル%未満のアニオン性モノマー から生成される実質的に非イオン性のポリマーであり、 歩留り向上剤を添加する懸濁液が、乾燥重量1t当たり400gの量の前記歩留 り向上剤で処理した後のこの懸濁液のSchopper Riegler水切れ 時間が、同一懸濁液を、IVが実質的に非イオン性の歩留り向上剤と実 質的に同一であるカチオン試験歩留り向上剤及びアニオン試験歩留り向上剤を各 々同量用いて処理したときに得られた水切れ時間よりも短くなるような懸濁液で あり、ここで、カチオン試験歩留り向上剤が5モル%のカチオン性モノマーと9 5モル%の非イオン性モノマーとから生成されるポリマーであり、アニオン試験 歩留り向上剤が15モル%のアニオン性モノマーと85モル%の非イオン性モノ マーとを含む製紙方法。 14.白水の電導度が少なくとも1500マイクロジーメンスである請求項13 に記載の方法。 15.白水の電導度が2000〜3000マイクロジーメンスである請求項13 に記載の方法。 16.懸濁液が、主に機械的パルプ及び/又はサーモメカニカルパルプ及び/又 は脱インキ故紙から生成される請求項13に記載の方法。 17.懸濁液が、少なくとも5重量%の硫酸カルシウム又は炭酸カルシウム填剤 を含んでいる請求項13に記載の方法。 18.水切り工程からの白水を繰り返し再循環させ、これを新規導入水と一緒に 使用する閉鎖ミルで実施され、紙1 t当たり30t未満の新規導入水を使用する請求項14に記載の方法。 19.水切り工程からの白水を繰り返し再循環させ、これを新規導入水と一緒に 使用する閉鎖ミルで実施され、紙1t当たり30t未満の新規導入水を使用する 請求項15に記載の方法。 20.水切り工程からの白水を濃厚紙料希釈のために繰り返し再循環させる閉鎖 ミルで実施され、懸濁液が少なくとも5重量%の硫酸カルシウム又は炭酸カルシ ウム填剤を含み、白水の電導度が少なくとも1500マイクロジーメンスである 請求項14に記載の方法。 21.アニオン性粒状材料がアニオン性膨潤クレーである請求項13に記載の方 法。 22.水性セルロース懸濁液を生成し、 懸濁液に、IVが少なくとも6dl/gのポリマー歩留り向上剤を添加してフロ ックを生成し、 懸濁液を剪断してフロックを分解することにより微小フロックを生成し、 懸濁液にアニオン性粒状材料を添加して微小フロックを凝集させ、 懸濁液を水切りしてシートを形成し、白水はスクリーンから排出し、 シートを乾燥する ことからなり、 ポリマー歩留り向上剤が、非イオン性エチレン系不飽和モノマー及び2モル%未 満のエチレン系不飽和カチオン性モノマー及び/又は30モル%未満のエチレン 系不飽和アニオン性モノマーから生成される実質的に非イオン又はアニオン性の 水溶性ポリマーであり、歩留り向上剤を添加する懸濁液が、過剰のカチオン澱粉 及び/又は極限粘度3dl/g未満の低分子量カチオンポリマーで処理した懸濁 液であり、歩留り向上剤の極限粘度が6dl/gより大きい製紙方法。 23.水性セルロース懸濁液を生成し、セルロース懸濁液を1つ以上の剪断工程 に付し、懸濁液を水切りしてシートを形成し、シートを乾燥することからなり、 水切りしたセルロース懸濁液が、乾燥シートの重量を基準に0.005%〜0. 25%の有機ポリマー材料と、0.03〜0.5%の無機材料とを含み、前記有 機ポリマー材料は、分子量が500,000を超えるポリアクリルアミド凝集剤 であ り、複数の剪断工程のうちの1つの前に懸濁液に添加され、前記無機材料が、剪 断工程後に懸濁液に添加されるベントナイトからなり、有機ポリマー材料がアニ オン又は非イオンポリマーからなる製紙方法。
