[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, in the bag 51, when performing the above-mentioned centrifugation and washing, the plasma layer (upper layer) which is an unnecessary component (when the plasma layer (upper layer) is discharged first, red blood cells are discharged. (Lower layer) interferes with the separation of the bone marrow fluid, and in order to obtain pure bone marrow fluid, the above centrifugation and washing operations had to be repeated. Therefore, it has been difficult to concentrate and purify the bone marrow fluid in a fresh state in a short time.

[Example] FIG. 1 shows a schematic view of a bag 1 for bone marrow transplantation of the present invention. The bone marrow transplant bag 1 is composed of a flexible bag-shaped main body 2, a bone marrow introducing tube 3 and a bone marrow discharging tube 4, and the bone marrow introducing tube 3 is provided at the upper end of the main body 2 and A connector 5 is attached to the tip. The connector 5 is for aseptically injecting the bone marrow fluid collected from a donor with a syringe into the main body 2. The other bone marrow discharge tube 4 is provided at the lower end of the main body 2, and a seal portion 8 is formed at the tip thereof. The seal portion 8 can withstand gravity generated at the time of centrifugal separation, which will be described later,
At the same time, the bone marrow introduction tube 3 so as not to damage the bag 1
Is formed by welding with a high frequency welder, for example.

From the bag 1, the lower layer red blood cells are discharged from the bone marrow discharge tube 4 by using, for example, the aseptic connecting means described in Japanese Patent Publication No. Sho 61-30582, and collected in a predetermined container. Highly viscous red blood cells are rapidly discharged from the bottom of the funnel-shaped main body 2 by spontaneous fall. Since the interface between the buffy coat and red blood cells becomes narrow at the bottom of the main body, it is easy to separate the buffy coat and red blood cells.

The buffy coat containing the bone marrow of the above bag 1 is subjected to centrifugal separation to re-spin the bone marrow fluid, and the bone marrow fluid is discharged from the bone marrow discharge tube 4 using, for example, the aseptic connecting means of JP-B-61-30582. And store in a predetermined container. The highly viscous bone marrow fluid is quickly discharged from the bottom of the funnel-shaped main body 2 by spontaneous fall. Since the interface between the bone marrow fluid and the other components is narrowed at the bottom of the body 2, the bone marrow fluid can be easily separated. The physiological saline solution is introduced into the bag 1 from which the bone marrow fluid has been discharged and washed, and the bone marrow fluid is collected without waste in the same manner as described above.

Combine the bone marrow fluid with and further centrifuge,
Purify concentrated bone marrow. Since the tips of the bone marrow introducing tube 3 and the bone marrow ejecting tube 4 are only sealed by the seal portion 4 (since there are no extra obstacles such as connectors), the work by the aseptic connecting means is easy.

[Advantages and effects of the device] After centrifuging, all unnecessary plasma (upper layer) and red blood cells (lower layer) are discharged, and then only the buffy coat (middle layer) containing bone marrow is intensively separated, and only the highly viscous bone marrow is extracted. Since it can be quickly discharged from the lower part of the main body by spontaneous falling, the separation operation of the bone marrow fluid can be efficiently performed in a short time.

等の効果を有する優れた考案である。It is an excellent device that has the effects of the above.
