主軸2に設けた作動カム3にて作動するテコ杆4と、該
テコ秤4にて可動する繰出し可動板7に取付けられたテ
ープ押付け用押え腕9とテープ送りローラ10とよりなる
テープ繰出し手段と、 垂直基板1の他端上部に形成した被結束物用案内U溝12
の内側にU溝開口を形成した三日月歯車41に取付けたテ
ープ仮巻取り用巻取ローラ13と、 主軸2のカム42で揺動する揺動基板43上に巻取カム17に
て可動する屈曲アーム18の先端歯部19に噛合して回動す
るスイングアーム20を設け、該スイングアーム20の先端
の内円弧歯部22との噛合にてテープ長さ変換保持板45に
設けたテープの繰出し長さ調整用可動杆23を作動させる
と共に、前記テープ長さ変換保持板45の他端に突設した
セレクト歯車16により前記テープ仮巻取り用巻取ローラ
13を回転させるテープ巻取り手段と、 主軸2のカッターカム27にて押上げテコ杆28を作動し前
