Description
【考案の詳細な説明】 産業上の利用分野 本考案は固定の被加熱物載置台を有する高周波加熱装

従来の技術 従来より固定の被加熱物載置台を有する高周波加熱装
置は、被加熱物載置台の周囲と加熱室との間に生ずる隙
間によってそこから被加熱物による蒸気や汁が被加熱物
載置台の下に落ちないよう例えば低誘電率のシリコンの
成型ゴムとかパテを充填している。被加熱物による蒸気
や汁が被加熱物載置台の下に落ちない様にする事につい
てはほぼこのシリコンの充填物で問題なくなる様である
が実際は充填物に対向している加熱室の歪みとかへこみ
による部分的な隙間とか、高周波加熱装置使用中に生ず
る被加熱載置台の充填物の破損によって出来る隙間があ
る。このような隙間はわずかなものであり高周波加熱装
置の使用者にはほとんど気ずかれないものである。従っ
てこの様な隙間から洩れる被加熱物からの汚れは被加熱
物載置台の下に知らないうちに堆積しそれが高周波によ
って過加熱、場合によっては発火する可能性もある。こ
う言った堆積物が多く溜まる可能性や、発火に至る可能
性は、家庭用の高周波加熱装置で高周波出力が700W程度
であれば問題はないと思われるが業務用のような使用回
数が多くまた高周波出力が1KWを越すものになってくる
と加熱室に堆積物が溜まりやすくまた高出力のため加熱
され易いので問題となってくる。2. 閉めてマグネトロン2で発生した高周波を導波管3で導
いて加熱室1に入れる事により被加熱物7を加熱するも
ので加熱室1の下には加熱分布を良くする電波攪拌器8
がある。加熱室1は電波攪拌器8を覆いかつ電波攪拌器
8による電波攪拌効果のある位置に固定された被加熱物
載置台6がある。この被加熱物載置台6は、高周波が透
過する材質例えばセラミックなどが使われ、加熱室1と
の間は、固定と被加熱物7からの汁が電波攪拌器8のあ

置台6の外周の充填物11の破損が大きい場合は被加熱物
載置台6でこぼれた液体が破損個所から大量に加熱室1
の底面に流れ込み電波攪拌器8のシャフト10を通って電
波攪拌器8を回転させるモータ9に流れ落ちモータ9の
絶縁を劣化させる事もあり危険であるなどの課題があっ

び発火に至らないようにした高周波加熱装置を提供する

物が生じることがなくなるし又、加熱室底面に設けたモ
ータなど電気部品の部分に連通する貫通孔に前記汁など
の液体が到達する前に加熱室外に排出できる。このた
め、前記堆積物の過加熱あるいは発火、及び加熱室底面
の貫通孔に近接する電気部品の絶縁劣化に至ることを防

台6の下に洩れ落ちる液体を加熱室1の底面に被加熱物
載置台6の外周に対向して設けた排出孔14より加熱室1
より外へ排出させる。この排出孔14は被加熱物載置台6
の外周に対向して設けられているので前述の被加熱物載
置台6の外周に生ずる隙間に近くこの隙間より洩れてく
る液体はすぐ前記排出孔14より加熱室外へ排出される。
従って前述の隙間より洩れてくる液体が加熱室1に溜ま
りそれが蒸発した物が堆積していくことがなくなり、前
記堆積物の加熱室1での過加熱及び発火の可能性もなく
なる。さらに加熱室1の底面の中央部と前記液体の排出
孔14との間に凸状のリブ15を設けることにより加熱室1
の底面中央部あたりに設けた電波攪拌器8のシャフト10
の貫通孔に対しても前述の隙間より洩れてくる液体がそ
こに到達する前に前記排出孔14より加熱室1外に排出さ
れるのでシャフト10に接続されたモータに前述の洩れて
きた液体がかかることもなくなるので、モータの絶縁を
