(Problems to be solved by the invention) However, the following problems occur with this method (a) Immediately after taking out from the refrigerator, extra solvent is added to reduce the viscosity and paint failure occurs. There is fear.
(A) In order to increase the viscosity, heating with a stove or the like may cause a serious accident such as a fire. (C) Further, when the temperature is raised, it is difficult to make the temperature uniform by convection because the viscosity of the paint is high. Therefore, the paint may partially overheat and gel, or the viscosity may vary, and it may not be possible to perform a clean coating. (D) Furthermore, if a fluid such as heated oil or hot water is used as a medium to raise the temperature of the paint,
Uniform heat transfer can be expected, but generally the device becomes large,
Since the initial capital investment amount became large, there was a problem in profitability except in the case of mass production.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a dual structure main body (1) having a heat insulating material between an outer case (2) and an inner case (3), A heating element (8) is arranged on the entire outer surface of the case (3), and plate-shaped spacers (9) are vertically provided on the four inner surfaces of the inner case (3) to be heated in the inner case (3). The object (10) is equidistant from each side.

(Example) Below, the Example of this invention is described based on drawing.
As shown in FIG. 1, the main body 1 includes an outer case 2 and an inner case 3.
And a double structure, and an appropriate heat insulating material 4 is inserted between both cases 2 and 3 to make the main body 1 heat insulating. A lid 7 that is opened and closed by a hinge 6 is attached to the upper open end 5 of the main body 1. The lid 7 also has the same heat insulating property as the main body 1. A heating element 8 is arranged on the entire outer surface of the inner case 3, and the heat generated therefrom heats the inner case 3 uniformly.

Plate-shaped spacers 9 as shown in FIG. 2 are vertically attached to the four inner surfaces of the inner case 3. As a result, when a container 10 containing paints, pigments, etc., to be heated, such as a petroleum can, is accommodated, the containers can be accommodated at equal distances from each side surface. The air in the space formed between the inner case 3 and the container 10 is heated by the heat generated from the inner case 3 and heated to a uniform temperature by convection.
Tell ten. As a result, it is possible to easily prevent the disadvantage that the container 10 comes into contact with the inner surface of the inner case 3 and is locally heated, and the paint in this portion gels.

The temperature of the heating element 8 is 25 to 35 ° C on the surface, and the inner case 3
There is no danger of burns or fire due to the temperature of 20-25 ℃ on the surface of. The required power is 300-400W and can be easily used on the power line. Further, the rapid heating has a bad influence on the organic coating, but since this apparatus gradually heats over a long period of time, it is a preferable heating method for the organic coating.
