Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in a septic tank for treating sewage, sewage is treated by a precipitation separation chamber or a contact aeration chamber formed in the tank body, and the treated water is treated. It is designed to be drained after being disinfected in the disinfection room provided inside the body. When gradually injecting the treated water into the disinfection chamber, the flow passage forming body 3 is projected from the disinfection chamber as shown in FIG. 5, and the overflow weir 5 is provided at the front end of the flow passage forming body 3. The overflow water is provided so that the treated water gradually flows into the disinfection chamber. This overflow weir 5 is formed by attaching a plate member 18 having a saw-toothed notch 18a at its upper end to an inflow port provided at the front end of the flow path forming body 3 via a packing material 19. Therefore, the treated water near the water surface gradually flows into the disinfection chamber from the notch 18a.

However, in the conventional example as described above, when aligning in the horizontal state, only the plate material 18 has to be aligned with the flow path forming body 3, and the horizontal alignment is not possible. There is a problem that it is difficult, and since the plate material 18 and the flow path forming body 3 are separate bodies, even if both members are connected via the packing material 19, a gap is likely to occur between both members. Therefore, there is a problem that the treated water flows in from the gap portion, and the inflow water level of the treated water into the disinfection chamber becomes low, resulting in a low water level in the tank body 1. Furthermore, if a gap is formed and the treated water flows into the disinfection chamber from below the water surface rather than from near the water surface, the treated water near the water surface remains and may be decomposed.

As shown in FIG. 4, the septic tank is provided with a partition plate 7 in the tank main body 1 to form a plurality of processing chambers in the tank main body 1, and sewage and the like flowing into the tank main body 1 is generated in each processing chamber. It is processed by passing through. The tank body 1 is composed of an upper half body 1a and a lower half body 1b which are vertically divided into two parts, and are configured by connecting the upper half body 1a and the lower half body 1b. The partition plate 7 forms a first settling separation chamber 8, a second settling separation chamber 9, a contact aeration chamber 10 and a settling chamber 20 provided with the disinfection chamber 2 in the tank body 1. The wastewater flowing into the main body 1 is subjected to sedimentation separation treatment of wastewater and waste in the first precipitation separation chamber 8 and the second precipitation separation chamber 9 as shown by arrows in the figure, and is contacted in the contact aeration chamber 10. It is gas-treated and settled in the settling chamber 20, and the supernatant liquid in the settling chamber 20 flows into the disinfecting chamber 2 through the overflow weir 5, and the disinfecting chamber 2
After being sterilized in, it is drained. Reference numeral 11 is a contact material arranged in the contact aeration chamber 10. As shown in FIG. 1, the treated water inlet 2a provided in the disinfection chamber 2 is provided with a treated water inflow member 12 having a T-shape in plan view, which is constituted by a flow path forming body 3 and a gutter-shaped body 4. There is. The flow path forming body 3 formed of a resin material such as polypropylene is formed in a U-shaped cross section with an upper surface opened, and a mounting piece 3a is provided at an end thereof. The gutter-like body 4 integrally provided so as to project from the tip of the flow path forming body 3 is formed in a U-shaped cross-section with the upper surface opened like the flow path forming body 3, and has a notch at the upper end edge except the side piece. Is provided with a sawtooth-shaped overflow weir 5. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the treated water inflow member 12 serves as a non-movable part 6 which is close to the gutter-shaped body 4 by a connecting tool 13 formed in an L shape by a vertical piece 13a and a horizontal piece 13b. Connecting protrusion 14 protruding from the distribution plate 14
It is connected and fixed to a. The horizontal piece 13b is the connecting protrusion 14a.
A long hole 15 is provided in the vertical piece 13a of the connecting tool 13 fixed to the connection tool 13, and the trough-shaped body 4 and the vertical piece 1 are provided through the long hole 15.
3a and 3a are fixed by a wing nut 16. The wing nut 16 can be moved up and down in the elongated hole 15, and the wing nut 16 can be moved up and down in the elongated hole 15 and tightened at an arbitrary position for a slight height adjustment. Can also be done. And
When the height of the trough 4 is adjusted in order to bring the overflow weir 5 into a horizontal state, the elasticity of the channel forming body 3 is used to adjust the height of the end of the trough 4 up and down. By doing so, the alignment in the horizontal state can be easily performed without taking time and effort, and after the alignment, the wing nut 16 is tightened to fix in the horizontal state. Here, even if the gutter-shaped body 4 is aligned by utilizing the elasticity of the flow path forming body 3, since the gutter-shaped body 4 and the flow path forming body 3 are integrally formed, the gap between both members is reduced. There is no such thing as forming a gap in the. Further, since the gutter-shaped body 4 is formed so as to protrude from the disinfection chamber 2 and is provided in the direction orthogonal to the treated water inlet 2a, the length can be made large. Since the gutter-shaped body 4 can be formed long, the overall area of the overflow weir 5 can be increased, the amount of treated water can be increased, and the treated water is flown into the disinfection chamber 2 to be disinfected. The amount of water to be treated can be greatly improved.

されたりするような恐れがないものである。As described above, according to the present invention, the flow path forming body is provided so as to project laterally from the treated water inlet provided in the disinfection tank installed in the tank body, and the tip of the flow path forming body is provided. Extend the gutter toward both sides, cut out the upper end of the gutter to form a saw-tooth-shaped overflow weir, and place the front end of the gutter in the tank body close to the gutter. Since it is fixed to the non-movable part so that the position can be adjusted freely, the height adjustment to achieve the horizontal state can be easily performed by adjusting the mounting state of the gutter-shaped body to the non-movable part without any trouble. It is possible to make the inflow of the treated water into the disinfection chamber through the overflow overflow portion uniformly from the entire overflow overflow portion. Further, since the overflow weir is formed by cutting out the upper part of the trough, that is, since the overflow weir is integrated with the trough, the trough and the overflow weir are separated. There is no fear of forming a gap between them.
