Abstract

(57)【要約】 【目的】 駐車場等における、部外者の無断駐車を防止
するための、安価で操作の簡単な自動車進入防止器の提
供。 【構成】 下部に車輪５を有する台の上部に、自動車７
と当接可能な本体２を取付け、本体２内部に巻取り機能
をもつリールを設け、リールに巻取った紐６の一端を路
面などの不動部に固定できるよう構成したことを特徴と
する。

【発明の詳細な説明】
【０００１】
【産業上の利用分野】本発明は、駐車場等における部外
者の無断駐車を防止する自動車進入防止器に関するもの
である。
【０００２】
【従来の技術】従来より、駐車場等における部外者の無
断駐車防止対策は、遮断機、ロープ、障害物等を設置し
たり、人を配して見張るなどがあったが、費用がかさ
む、出入りの度に自動車の乗り降りが必要になる、など
の欠点があった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】本発明は上記のような
従来の欠点を解決しようとするものであり、安価でしか
も自動車に乗ったままで簡単に操作できる自動車進入防
止器を提供することを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】上記目的を達成するため
に、以下の如く構成したものである下部にキャスター等
複数の車輪を有する台の上部に、自動車と当接可能な弾
性体等からなる本体を取付け、本体内部に、ゼンマイ式
等の巻取り機能をもつリールを設けて、リールに巻取っ
た紐の一端を路面等に固定できるよう構成したものであ
る。
【０００５】上記本体が弾性機能を有していることは、
自動車等の接触に際して損傷を防止するために、きわめ
て好ましい態様である。
【０００６】本発明において、該自動車進入防止器は外
見を強固な障害物に見えるような形状、色彩等で構成
し、さらには万一自動車進入防止器が転倒した場合に
も、重心、形状等から復元作用をもたせるよう構成する
ことは、きわめて好ましい態様である。

【実施例】以下、一実施例の説明に基づき本発明をより
詳細に説明する。図１において１は本発明による自動車
進入防止器を示しており、車輪５、５′を有する台３の
上部には弾性体からなる本体２が取付けられている。本
体２内部の台３上にはリール４が取付けられており、紐
６は台３下方より出し入れ自由にリール４に巻取られて
いる。
【０００８】図２は、本発明による自動車進入防止器を
使用した状態を示している。紐６の端を駐車場スペース
の中央付近の路面に固定して自動車進入防止器１を設置
し、自動車７を運転して自動車７の前部（又は後部）で
本体２を押していけば、リールに巻取られた紐６がのび
ると同時に車輪５、５′の回転により自動車進入防止器
１を駐車場の端へ移動させた状態で自動車７を駐車する
ことができる。
【０００９】また、自動車７が駐車場から出ていく場合
は、自動車７の移動とともにリールによる紐６を巻取る
力、及び車輪５、５′の回転によって自動車進入防止器
１は元の設置した位置に戻って停止する。
【００１０】上記自動車進入防止器１の移動及び停止の
操作は、自動車７に乗ったままで行なうことが可能であ
り、コスト的にも安価である。
【００１１】さらに、本発明の自動車進入防止器は、設
置した状態では障害物に見えることから、部外者は自動
車を駐車場等へ進入させることができず、無断駐車を防
止することが可能となる。

【発明の効果】本発明による自動車進入防止器を駐車場
等に設置すれば、安価で、しかも自動車に乗ったままで
自動車進入防止器の移動、停止を簡単に操作することが
可能となるとともに、部外者には自動車進入防止器が障
害物に見えることから、自動車を駐車場等へ進入させる
ことができず、無断駐車を防止することができる。

    【特許請求の範囲】
  1. 【請求項１】 台車の上部に、自動車と当接可能な本
    体を取付け、本体内部に、巻取り機能をもつリールを設
    け、リールに巻取った紐の一端を、路面などの不動部に
    固定できるよう構成したことを特徴とする自動車進入防
    止器。
