Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce equipment cost by forming extendedly arranged parts for spot welding on both ends of boards of slit metal fittings. CONSTITUTION: Slit metal fittings 22 are installed on a bottom surface of a choke groove 5 of a main body panel 1 by spot welding. Extendedly arranged parts 29 for spot welding exist on both ends of boards 23, and are fixed to a bottom surface of the groove 5 by spot welding. Locking holes 30 are formed in first bending parts 27, and a shielding part is bent at a proper angle in the outside direction of the panel 1 in a specific height from the bottom surface of the groove 5, that is, in an end position of a slit 25, and a wall plate 24 has an oblique angle to the depth direction of the groove 5. When the boards 23 are fixed to the bottom surface of the groove 5 by spot welding, the extendedly arranged parts 29 become a spot margin. Therefore, since boring and insulating processing for a welding electrode becomes unnecessary, production manhours are reduced, and equipment cost is reduced, and since an unnecessary contact short circuit is not caused, the service life of the welding electrode is lengthened.

By the spot welding of the both ends, the slit metal fitting 6 is brought into close contact with the bottom surface of the choke groove 5, that is, the main body panel 1, and the performance of preventing radio wave leakage due to the gap between the slit metal fitting 6 and the main body panel 1 is deteriorated. Is prevented. By the way, the welding electrode 20 is coated with, for example, an insulating film 21 on its side surface, as shown in FIG. 5, in order to prevent an unnecessary contact short circuit with the edge of the square hole 13 or the like.

In the case of the conventional door body shown in FIGS. 4 to 6, when the slit metal fitting 6 is attached to the bottom surface of the choke groove 5 of the main body panel 1, especially the substrates 7 at both ends are spot-welded. The first bent portion 1 that covers the upper part of the
1. A large square hole 13 into which the welding electrode 20 is to be inserted must be formed in the welding electrode 1, and the insulating treatment film 2 is formed on the welding electrode 20.
It is also necessary to perform an insulation treatment such as formation of 1.

Therefore, there is a problem that not only the number of man-hours for production is increased, but also the equipment cost for production is high and it cannot be formed inexpensively. Moreover, since the welding electrode 20 easily contacts the square hole 13 and the like, there is a problem that the life of the welding electrode 20 is shortened due to unnecessary contact short-circuiting.

Further, since the welding electrode 20 is surely brought into contact with the substrate 7 through the square hole 13, the wall plate 8 of the slit metal fitting 6 must be perpendicular to the substrate 7 and the square hole 13 must be held parallel to the substrate 7. As a result, it is impossible to adjust the attachment state (angle) of the slit fitting 6 to adjust the prevention performance of radio wave leakage.

For this reason, when a situation occurs in which desired radio wave leakage prevention performance cannot be obtained during mass production due to slight dimensional deviation from the time of trial manufacture, differences in materials, etc., the slit metal fitting 6 is remade by changing the dimensions or the like. However, there is a problem that it is necessary to modify the mold for that purpose, and the production plan is delayed.

At this time, since the upper portion of the extending portion 29 is not covered with the first bent portion 27 or the like, the conventional square hole 13 or the like through which the welding electrode is inserted is not formed, and the extending portion 29 is slit. Spot welding is performed in the same manner as other welding points of the metal fitting 22.

Therefore, the conventional formation of holes such as the square hole 13 through which the welding electrode passes and the insulation treatment of the welding electrode are unnecessary and can be omitted, and the production man-hour is reduced and the production facility cost is reduced. . Moreover, since unnecessary contact short-circuiting of the welding electrode unlike the conventional case does not occur, the life of the welding electrode can be extended.

Since the present invention is configured as described above, it has the following effects. First, since the extension portions 29 for spot welding are formed at both ends of the board 23 of the slit metal fitting 22, when the slit metal fitting 22 is attached to the bottom surface of the choke groove 5 of the main body panel 1 by spot welding, particularly, at both end portions thereof, Spot welding is performed in each extension portion 29, and at this time, since the upper portion of the extension portion 29 is not covered with the first bent portion 27 and the like, the conventional formation and welding of square holes for welding electrode insertion are performed. Spot welding can be performed by omitting the electrode insulation process, reducing the number of production steps and increasing the slit metal fitting 22.
Can be attached to the main body panel 1, the production facility cost can be reduced, and unnecessary contact short-circuiting of the welding electrode can be reduced to prolong the life of the welding electrode.

Further, when the wall plate 24 of the slit metal fitting 22 has an angle with respect to the depth direction of the choke groove 5, the mounting state of the slit metal fitting 22 is changed by the adjustment of this angle to prevent radio wave leakage. Since the adjustment can be performed, during the mass production, the mounting condition of the slit metal fitting 22 is adjusted so as to exhibit the desired radio wave leakage prevention performance, and the cost of the die modification of the slit metal fitting 22 is greatly reduced and the production plan Delays can be prevented.
