内側溝深さ寸法を、前述の冷媒凝縮管の曲げコーナ部の
変形量に対応させて、凹部溝内深さを大とした、下げ底
面として形成することにより、該凹部溝内に配設される
冷媒凝縮管を、外箱の前面フランジ部に、全周に亘って
均一に接面させることができる。また凹部溝の裏面は、
冷媒凝縮管の曲げコーナ部に相当する部分、およびその
他の部分も同一平面として、成形することができること
から、冷媒凝縮管を、内箱側の凹部溝部に挿入配設して
後、該部を外箱前面フランジ部の略R字状係合溝に、嵌
合させて組立て、内箱と外箱間に硬質ポリウレタンフォ
ーム等の発泡断熱材を、注入充填させる発泡作業におい
ても、凹部溝の裏面は同一面として成形されているので
外箱の前面フランジ側に配した係合溝に、均一に嵌着さ
せることができることから、発泡時における前記嵌合部
からの、発泡断熱材の漏出を確実に防止することができ
