ル化して、発信発射する為に、デジタルメッセージ部を
設ける。更に特徴ある働きとして、道路交通状況や時間
帯によって道路交通情報をドライバーに提供する事が必
要な時と必要では無い時とがあるので送信時間帯を調整
する中央タイマー部を設ける。中央制御本部のメッセー
ジ中央発信部から各道路に設置されてあるメッセージ端
末部の受信部に送信されたメッセージ信号がメモリー部
を経て、単一方向性の電波を出す送信部から短縮デジタ
