Further, in a device such as a television receiver equipped with a CRT, the center of gravity is biased forward, and stacking packaged sets having a biased center of gravity is extremely unstable and may cause a load collapse or a fall. . In addition, the operator is forced to have an unreasonable force and posture when handling the load, which is not preferable in terms of work efficiency and worker's health. On the other hand, after the end of transportation,
At present, these packaging members (corrugated cardboard boxes, cushioning materials, etc.) are discarded, and improvements are required from the viewpoint of waste disposal problems and effective use of resources.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention has a bottom cover and a canopy made of synthetic resin, and a rectangular tube-shaped body made of corrugated cardboard, etc. In a packaging container composed of parts, while providing a convex portion having a substantially semicircular cross section along the outer periphery of each bottom lid,
CRT tube surface that is heavy and causes eccentricity of the center of gravity,
It is arranged downward, and the CRT tube surface and the outer periphery of the housing are received and fixed by the bottom lid and the canopy.

Further, since the elasticity of the synthetic resin bottom lid and canopy can be utilized to absorb the impact at the time of dropping, it is possible to eliminate the conventional cushioning material. It is possible to reduce the amount used. Furthermore, since the position of the center of gravity of the packaging set is changed from the conventional front direction to the downward direction, there is no bias of the center of gravity in the packaged state, and transport and handling can be performed in a stable state. On the other hand, this packaging system is divided into several parts such as bottom lid, canopy, and body part after transportation, and the body part is folded and stored between the bottom lid and canopy. And can be reused as a packaging container.

In addition, when it falls in the lateral direction, the convex portion 1
B and 2B are deformed and serve as a cushioning material. In addition, when it falls in the direction of the top surface, the projection 2
B and the portion continuing from the convex portion 2B to the center portion are deformed and play a cushioning role. In this case, the dimensions of h1 and h2 and the semi-circular dimensions of the convex portions 1B and 2B are the same as the setting of the dimensions of the cushioning material of the general packaging device, based on the “buffering theory”, the mass of the equipment and the guarantee. It is set in consideration of the fall distance, the allowable buffer value of the device, the elasticity of the synthetic resin used for the bottom lid, and the like. Needless to say, other than the synthetic resin used as the member forming the canopy 2 and the bottom cover 1, any member such as a paper member or a laminated member of paper and resin may be used. When the external dimensions of the equipment are smaller than the internal dimensions of the packaging device, the outer circumference of the equipment, the bottom lid, and the projections and bottoms of the outer peripheral portions of each of the canopies and the central portion of the top surface are arranged as shown in FIG. The device is fixed in the packaging device through the auxiliary fixing material 8 described in 1. The auxiliary fixing material in this case is intended to fix the device, and the material used is not particularly limited.
However, if a cushioning material having high elasticity, for example, a molded member made of styrofoam resin or urethane foam rubber is used, it is possible to obtain a further cushioning effect at the same time as fixing when the external dimension of the device is small. (Embodiment 3) FIG. 4 is a sectional view of a packaging apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention.

The characteristic of this packaging device is that the elasticity of the resin of the bottom lid 1 and the canopy 2 is used to obtain a cushioning effect, but the equipment has a particularly fragile portion, which is damaged by a drop impact,
The device itself may be deformed. Since the container of this packaging device is intended for repeated use, the container itself has a high pressure resistance, and it is not necessary for the contents and auxiliary cushioning materials to receive the gravity of the upper stack during storage and stacking. Therefore, as a method of supplementary cushioning of the fragile portion and prevention of deformation of the equipment itself, a film air-sealed bag-shaped cushioning material 9 made of a resin member, a rubber member, a paper member, a laminated member of paper and resin, or the like is supplemented. It can also be used for, and can provide resource-saving packaging.
