If the position shifts toward the tip even by a small amount due to shock such as vibration, the force for fixing and holding the receiving object and the cable easily decreases together with the decrease in the frictional force generated by the binding.
There was a risk that the cable could be dropped from the hardware. For this reason, it is necessary to wrap the braided cord strongly and repeatedly between the metal fitting and the cable, and careful work is required, so that the work takes a long time. Further, in such a case, unless the user is skilled, the fixing and holding force varies for each work, and it is difficult to stably fix and hold the cable on the receiving object.

A cable restraint for fixing and holding the cable to a receiving object having a side end of the receiving end, the two engaging grooves provided at predetermined intervals into which both end parts of the receiving object are fitted. And a base having two band locking portions provided adjacent to the outside of each of the engaging grooves, and the base locking portions mounted on the respective band locking portions of the base and placed on the receiving surface. It is characterized in that it is composed of two bands for binding the cable.

And, the cables placed on the receiving surface of the receiving object are pressed against the receiving surface to be bound by the bands attached to the band locking portions of the base. Thus, in the cable tying device of the present invention, the cable is fixedly held on the receiving object by the frictional force of the base and the band.

First, as shown in FIG. 2, the band 6 corresponding to the outer diameter of the cable 2 is passed through the insertion hole 513d of the holding portion 51 of the base 5 with the notch 61 facing upward. Then, the holding portion 51 is brought under the receiving object 12 on which the cable 2 is placed so that the fixing hole 62 of the band 6 is on the front end side of the receiving object 12. Then, push up the sandwiching portion 51 from below,
As shown in FIG. 3, the engaging grooves 514 of the sandwiching portion 51 are fitted into both side end portions 121 d of the socket 12 to attach the sandwiching portion 51 to the lower side of the socket 12. At this time, the cable 2 comes into contact with the contact surface 513a of the band locking portion 513 of the holding portion 51. Next, the fixing groove 52a of the movement preventing member 52 is engaged with the opening 510a from the back surface side of the holding portion 51. At this time, the movement preventing member 52 is
Through the through hole 121e at the predetermined position of the receiving object 12,
520 contacts the back surface of the receiving surface 121c of the receiving member 12. Subsequently, as shown in FIG. 4, the band 6 is wrapped around the cable 2, and the tip of the band 6 is passed through the fixing hole 62 and tightened to cut off the excess tip portion. At this time, the band 6 is hung at a right angle to the cable 2, and the notch 61 is tightly attached to the outer surface of the cable 2 without a gap. Therefore, the receiving surface 121c of the receiving object 12
The cable 2 placed at 1 is pressed against the receiving surface 121c by the band 6, and is fixedly held by the frictional force between the contact surface 513a and the band 6.

As a result, the area of contact between the cable 2 and the contact surface 513a can be reduced, so that the contact area between the band 6 and the cable 2 is increased, the frictional force due to the notch 61 of the band 6 is increased, and a stable fixing and holding force is obtained. くい。In the cable tying device of the present invention, various bands can be adopted as long as they are attached to the band locking portions of the base and tie the cables placed on the receiving surface. In the cable tying device of the embodiment,
Since the band 6 described in the publication is adopted, the cable 2 can be obtained by simply passing the tip of the band 6 through the fixing hole 62 and tightening.
It is possible to complete the binding between the work and the receiving object 12, and it is possible to greatly reduce the variation between the work and the individual by a simple work and a small tightening force. However, band 6
If the cable 2 is not fixedly held on the receiving object 12 using only the band 6, it is necessary to hang the band 6 as shown in FIG. 13, and the surface of the band 6 having the notch 61 is entirely covered with the cable 2. It is difficult to make close contact with the outer surface of the without gap. For this reason, it is difficult for the band 6 alone to exert a sufficient frictional force between the band 6 and the cable 2, and the bracket 12
Therefore, the cable 2 cannot be stably fixed and held.
However, when the cable tying tool of the embodiment is used, the band 6 is hung on the cable 2 at a right angle, and the frictional force is stabilized, so that the fixing and holding force for the cable 2 is unlikely to vary.
