【考案の詳細な説明】 (産業上の利用分野) 本考案は、回路接続用端子脚をテープ間に挟んで自動
挿入機の所定位置に送り込み、基板に自動実装するため

(従来の技術) 従来、基板に装着される円筒状をしたヒューズ管の両
端を挾持するヒューズクリップは、第5図、第6図に示

ズ管3の端部を挾持するようにしているとともに、基部
1の挾持ばね突出側縁部と直交配置の対向縁部1a,1aか
ら裏面側に一対の端子脚4,4が一体に突出されたものが

示すように端子脚4,4をテープ5,5間に挟んで一定間隔毎
にテープに挾持させ、第8図に示すように一定の向きに
して自動挿入機内に送り込み、端子脚4,4を切断して基
板7の所定位置まで移動させ、押し棒8にて押し下げる
ことにより基板7のスルーホール内に端子脚4,4を挿入

り、このため、両挾持ばね2,2間に押し棒8の先端が嵌
り込んだり、一方側の挾持ばね2のみを押して、傾いた
状態で押圧したりする挿入不良が多発するという問題が
あり、このため自動挿入機の稼働率の低下が生じてい

状のヒューズ管の一端を挾持する互いに対向配置のヒュ
ーズ挾持ばねを有するとともに、前記基部の裏面側に一
対の回路接続用の端子脚を一体に突出させてなるヒユー
ズクリップにおいて、前記端子脚を、前記ヒューズ挾持
ばねによって挾持されるヒューズ管の軸心方向と平行な
側の基部両縁下に互いに対向配置に突出させ、その両端
子脚を二枚の搬送用テープ間に挾持させたことを特徴と

同じになり、これと押し棒8の端面の長手方向側が同じ
向きとなる。このため、押し棒8により押し込み時に互
いに対向する両ヒューズ挾持ばね12a,12bの上端間隔に
多少のばらつきがあっても、押し棒8の下端面が対向す
る両ヒューズ挾持ばね12a,12bの上端を常に押圧するこ

なり、押し込み不良がなくなり、同一の汎用型自動挿入
機により他の電子部品と同様に自動挿入が確実に行われ

持する互いに対向配置のヒューズ挾持ばねを有するとと
もに、前記基部の裏面側に一対の回路接続用の端子脚を
一体に突出させてなるヒユーズクリップにおいて、前記
端子脚を、前記ヒューズ挾持ばねによって挾持されるヒ
ューズ管の軸心方向と平行な側の基部両縁下に互いに対
向配置に突出させ、その両端子脚を二枚の搬送用テープ
間に挾持させたことを特徴としてなる自動挿入機用ヒュ
ーズクリップ。1.
