Due to the circulation, a plurality of sections are formed by alternately partitioning both insulating cylinders by a disc-shaped inner barrier and an outer barrier for each section to form a plurality of areas, and between the inner barrier and the inner insulating cylinder and outside. A configuration is known in which a flow gap is formed between the barrier and the inner insulating cylinder so that the insulating medium flows in a staggered manner in each area.

先に提案した(特願平6−39052号)。According to the cooling mechanism having such a configuration, there is a large imbalance in the flow velocity of the cooling medium along the vertical direction, and therefore the cooling effect becomes worse in the lower section in one area. The present inventor has previously proposed a configuration in which a rectifying member is provided in each of the flow gaps, and the cooling medium that has risen after passing through the flow gaps flows obliquely to the section side and positively touches the section. Proposed (Japanese Patent Application No. 6-39052).

Reference numeral 1 is a plurality of sections each of which is formed of a disk winding, 2 is an inner insulating cylinder, 3 is an outer insulating cylinder, and a section is provided between both insulating cylinders 2 and 3. 1 is placed. Each section 1
Each of the plurality of barriers is alternately partitioned by the inner barrier 4 and the outer barrier 5, and a plurality of areas are formed with one area between the adjacent barriers 4 and 5. The inner barrier 4 has its inner circumference attached to the outer circumference of the inner insulating cylinder 2, and the outer barrier 5 has its outer circumference attached to the inner circumference of the outer insulating cylinder 3.

Since the flow gaps 6 and 7 are alternately located on the outer insulating cylinder 3 side and the inner insulating cylinder 2 side,
The insulating medium sent from below flows in a zigzag manner between the insulating cylinders 2 and 3. The arrow indicates the flow of the insulating medium. In addition to this structure, in the already proposed structure, the flow gap 6 is provided with a flow fold member 8 on the outer insulating cylinder 3 side, and the flow gap 7 is provided with a flow fold member 9 on the inner insulating cylinder 2 side.

The cooling medium sent from below to the diverting member 8,
When it collides with 9, the flow becomes inclined to the section 1 side. Therefore, the flow of the cooling medium is bent toward the section on the lower stage side of the sections 1 stacked in multiple stages, whereby the flow velocity of the cooling medium increases between the sections on the lower stage side. As a result, the imbalance in the flow velocity of the cooling medium between the upper and lower sections is reduced, and the temperature difference is averaged. Therefore, the maximum temperature in the winding is low.

Although the temperature is lower than that of the conventional structure that does not have the flow diverting member,
The temperature of the bottom section is higher than that of other sections. That is, the temperature of the lowermost section becomes the highest point temperature, and the cross-sectional area of the winding is determined by this, so that further promotion of the cooling effect is desired.

As a result, the cooling medium flows in a zigzag manner between the two insulating cylinders. In addition, the parts given the same reference numerals as those in FIG. 9 indicate the same or corresponding parts. According to the present invention, a large number of sections stacked in multiple stages are divided into a plurality of sections.
The example of FIG. 1 shows a configuration in which five sections 1A to 1E are divided into one section. Then, between the lowermost section 1A of the divided sections and the inner insulating cylinder 2,
A flow gap 10 is formed. From this, the next flow gap 10A is formed between the outermost insulating section 3 and the lowermost section 1A of the partition portion in the next upper stage.

A part of the flow flows so as to incline toward the upper section 1B. This operation is the same as the already proposed configuration shown in FIG. The cooling medium rises as it is to the lowermost section 1A of the upper section.

A winding having 48 turns was set as one section, and 40 sections thereof were stacked in the axial direction, and this was divided into 5 sections, and 8 sections were arranged in each section. As a result of actually measuring the temperature rise value with respect to the gas temperature of the sections No. 1 to No. 8 (see FIG. 8) when a current of 3.4 A per 1 square millimeter of the rated current density is passed through this winding structure, as shown in Table 1. 器用巻線構造。1. A plurality of sections stacked in multiple stages between an inner insulating cylinder and an outer insulating cylinder are divided into a plurality of sections, and the side surface and the inner side of the lowermost section of the divided sections, or Between one of the outer insulating cylinders, a flow gap of the cooling medium supplied from below is alternately formed on the inner insulating cylinder side and the outer insulating cylinder side for each adjacent section, and each flow gap is formed. In order to allow the passing cooling medium to incline toward each sectioned section, a rectifying member is provided in the insulating cylinder that is near each flow gap and forms the flow gap, and each lowermost section A winding structure for an induction ceramic in which a spacer for blocking the flow of a cooling medium is provided between a side surface on the side opposite to the side surface forming the flow gap and the insulating cylinder.
