A switch part equipped with a return spring that is turned on and off by a handle that is swingably attached to the case and that swings the handle to the off state, and a suction force provided in the handle that resists the spring force of the return spring. There is a magnet portion that holds the handle in an on state, and an electromagnet portion that is attracted to the iron core and that generates a magnetic field that cancels the attraction force of the permanent magnet to the iron core by energizing the coil.

Then, the switch section is kept in the ON state by the magnetic force of the magnet section. And
When a current is applied to the coil of the electromagnet part, a magnetic field is generated so that the electromagnet part cancels the attraction force of the magnet part attracted to the iron core, so the force that holds the switch part in the ON state is released by the magnet part, and it returns. The handle is inverted by the spring force of the spring, and the switch is forcibly turned off.

Each of the magnetic pole plates 34a is magnetized to have different polarities by the permanent magnet 35. The structure of the attachment portion of the magnet portion 34 of the handle 2 will be described below.
As shown in FIG. 1, the inside of the handle 2 has a spring receiving tube 2
Separation is performed by a substantially U-shaped partition wall 40 opening to the 9 side,
The space surrounded by the spring receiving cylinder 29 is used as a magnet portion housing chamber 41 for housing the magnet portion 34. In the magnet chamber 41, the back cover 42 is formed so that only the tip of the contact plate 34a is exposed downward.
Is put on. Here, the magnet part storage chamber 41 is formed in a structure for positioning the magnet part 34 in the left-right and front-rear directions,
The back cover 42 attached to the opening of the magnet part storage chamber 41 and the bottom surface of the magnet part storage chamber 41 position the magnet part 34 in the vertical direction. Therefore, the magnet portion 34
Position accuracy can be improved, the holding power of the switch portion 20 in the ON state and the sensitivity at the time of forced OFF do not vary, and the variation in performance can be reduced.

It is attached to the opening of the chamber 41. As shown in FIG. 3, a locking claw 44 may be formed on the back cover 42, and the locking claw 44 may be locked by being engaged with an engaging hole 45 formed in the partition wall 40. The forced-off operation of the switch with the cutoff function according to this embodiment is performed as follows. Since the magnetic force of the permanent magnet 35 is set so that the handle 2 can be held against the spring force of the return spring 3 when the right end of the handle 2 is pushed into the case 1, the magnetic pole plate 34a
In a state in which the movable contact 24 is in contact with the iron core 31, the state in which the movable contact 24 is in contact with the fixed contact 26 is maintained by the magnetic force of the permanent magnet 35. In this state, the iron core 31 and the magnetic pole plate 34
coil 3 so as to generate a magnetic field that cancels the attraction force with a.
When 2 is energized, the magnetic force of the permanent magnet 35 releases the force that holds the switch portion 20 in the ON state. Therefore, the handle 2 is reversed by the spring force of the return spring 3, and the movable contact 24 separates from the fixed contact 26. In this way, the switch section 20 can be forcibly shut off by energizing the coil 32.

Therefore, in this embodiment, the coil bobbin 33 is firmly fixed to the case 1 by using the coil terminal 36 so that the iron core 31 is firmly fixed. That is, in this embodiment, as shown in FIG.
An ear piece 36a is formed on the upper end of the ear piece, and a wedge-shaped retaining portion 36b is formed on the lower portion of the ear piece 36a. The coil terminal 36 is press-fitted into the terminal insertion holes of the fixing pieces 33b extending laterally from the collars 33a of the coil bobbin 33 up to the ear piece 36a and attached to the coil bobbin 33 in advance. Then, the coil terminal 36 is inserted into the through hole 46 of the case 1, and the caulking portions 36c formed on both sides of the central portion of the coil terminal 36 are opened and crimped on both sides as shown in FIG. By doing so, the bottom wall of the case 1 and the coil terminal 3 are
The fixing piece 33b is sandwiched between the ear piece 36a of No. 6 and the coil bobbin 33 can be firmly fixed. As a result, the iron core 31 is firmly fixed, and problems in performance and quality can be reduced. Assembling becomes easy. In addition, ear piece 3
A connecting piece 36d for connecting the coil 32 is provided to project from the side end of 6a .

It has a structure that collects dust in the empty space. With this configuration, dust and dirt that enter from between the case 1 and the handle 2 are less likely to adhere to the magnetic pole surfaces of the iron core 31 and the magnet portion 34. The width A of the dust collecting portion is preferably larger than the gap B generated between the handle 2 and the case 1 as shown in FIG.

Since the back cover is attached to the opening of the partition wall in such a manner that it can be formed so that the space surrounded by the partition wall and the back cover does not cause displacement of the magnet part, and the magnet part is fixed. Since it can be attached in a state, there is an advantage that the holding power of the switch portion in the on state and the sensitivity at the time of forced off do not vary and the performance is stable.

It consists of a magnet that holds the handle in the ON state against the spring force, and an electromagnet device that generates a magnetic field that attracts the magnet to the iron core and that cancels the attraction of the permanent magnet to the iron core by energizing the coil. A switch having a shutoff function, which comprises a magnet and a pair of magnetic pole plates sandwiching the permanent magnet from both sides. The handle is formed in a box shape with an opening on the bottom, and the magnet is housed inside the handle. With a shutoff function, characterized in that the magnet part storage chamber is formed by a partition wall, and a back cover is attached to the opening of the magnet part storage chamber in a form of exposing the magnetic pole part of the magnetic pole plate. switch.
