Aligning the center lines of the bolt holes with the face pieces to be joined, such as hammering, applying sealant, covering the cover plate, etc., is a laborious process that requires a lot of man-hours. Changing the pitch depending on the size on the side of the sea (for example, different cab back or different W / B) is a troublesome work that involves changing the design drawing.

The adhesive strength of the adhesive is superior to that of rivets in terms of tensile tension and shearing force. Conventionally, some adhesives or sealants have been used supplementarily to ensure water-tightness at the joints with rivets, etc., but adhesives are mainly used in the corner joint structure of sandwich panel luggage boxes. There is no example that was done. In order to secure the watertightness of the rivet connecting part, an example in which a cover for covering the head of the rivet is adopted as shown in FIG.

However, this shape is not limited to the groove, and may be, for example, a circular recess, a hexagonal honeycomb-shaped recess, or a myriad of small recesses. Further, the heat insulating material need not be a foamed synthetic resin, and may be a plate having a heat insulating property such as a plywood board of wood, a laminated material, or a plate formed by compression-molding sawdust.

In a packing box having a hexahedral bonding structure in which edges of plate-like bodies are connected to each other, a metal plate is attached to at least one surface of a heat insulating material formed in a plate shape, and the bonding portion of the metal plate is formed flat. A plate-like material, a bonding member that is in contact with the adhesive portion of the plate-shaped material, and has a recess for retaining the adhesive in the adhesive portion, and is interposed between the bonding member and the adhesive portion of the plate-shaped material. Since the adhesive for adhering the both is provided, the joint between the wall surface and the wall surface is tightly joined by the adhesive, so that the watertightness of the joined portion becomes extremely good. Further, since no rivet is used for the adhesive portion, this portion is flat, and even if an object comes into contact with this portion, it does not get caught and the functionality is good. Further, in addition to having a flat adhesive surface, since the joint member is provided with a recess for retaining the adhesive, there is an effect that the adhesive force is large.
