This drug is applied to the skin on the affected area, or an external patch, in which the drug is applied to a sheet-like base cloth, is applied to the skin on the affected area. The method using this drug is expected to have a cold compress effect. On the other hand, in recent years, it has been reported that a warm compress is more effective in healing stiff shoulders, lower back pain and the like. For this reason,
A method of applying a hot compress using body heat without using the above-mentioned agents has begun to be adopted. That is, the affected part is covered with an aluminum foil or the like having a good heat insulating property, and the affected part is warmed by using body heat to apply a warm compress.

Also, due to sweating, the skin on the affected area may be sore or various bacteria may propagate,
It had the drawback of being unsanitary. Therefore, in the present invention, by providing a special sweat-absorption layer, a sweat-absorption holding layer, and an antibacterial layer on the skin-adhering side of the metal foil,
It is intended to prevent the effect of the hot compress from being lowered and prevent the skin on the affected part from becoming unsanitary.

Formed mainly of a natural ore powder containing 3% by weight or more of divalent iron oxide or divalent and trivalent iron salt, and further 1% by weight or more of calcium oxide or calcium salt, The sweat absorption holding layer is formed of a sheet in which a super absorbent resin is sandwiched between thin papers, and the sweat absorption upper layer is formed of a non-woven fabric mainly composed of cotton fibers. The present invention relates to a skin patch. The present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. The drawing is a schematic cross-sectional view of a skin patch according to an example of the present invention. (1) is a metal foil, and aluminum foil, copper foil, iron foil or the like is used. (2) is an antibacterial layer, which is formed mainly of a powder of special natural ore (3). Antibacterial layer (2)
To form the powder, for example, powder of natural ore (3) is dispersed in an adhesive solution, and this solution may be applied to one side of the metal foil (1). Natural ore used in the present invention (3)
Contains 4% by weight or more of carbon and 3% by weight or more of divalent and trivalent iron oxides or divalent and trivalent iron salts. Natural ores containing less than 4% by weight of carbon, or divalent and trivalent iron oxides or divalent and trivalent iron salts
Natural ores containing less than wt% cannot give the antibacterial property of the present invention to the antibacterial layer and are not preferred. Further, the natural ore (3) in the present invention contains carbon 4
1% by weight or more of calcium oxide or calcium salt may be further contained in addition to 3% by weight or more of iron oxide of divalent and trivalent or iron salt of divalent and trivalent iron of 3% by weight or more. Natural ore (3) containing 1% by weight or more of calcium oxide or calcium salt is preferable because it is superior in antibacterial properties. The divalent iron salt referred to in the present invention includes FeCl 2 , FeSO 4 , Fe (NO 3 ) 2 , Fe 3 (PO 4 ) 2 , Fe (HCO 2 ) 2 , Fe (CH
3 CO 2 ) 2 , Fe (C 2 H 5 CO 2 ) 2 and the like are used. Further, as trivalent iron salt, FeCl 3 , Fe 2 (SO 4 ) 3 , Fe (NO 3 ) 3 , FePO 4 , Fe (HC
O 2 ) 3 , Fe (CH 3 CO 2 ) 3 , Fe (C 2 H 5 CO 2 ) 3 and the like are used. The calcium salt referred to in the present invention includes CaCl 2 , CaSO 4 ,
Ca (NO 3) 2, Ca 3 (PO 4) 2, Ca (HCO 2) 2, Ca (CH 3 CO 2) 2, Ca (C 2 H 5 CO
2 ) 2 etc. are used. Specific examples of the natural ore (3) used in the present invention include ores from the Maru mine in the Niimi district of Okayama Prefecture, ores from Rokkoyama in Hyogo Prefecture, senranite from Yamanashi Prefecture, and cryolite from Ibaraki Prefecture. Is mentioned. The composition of phyllite is that when it is oxidized,
Silicon dioxide 64.05% by weight, aluminum oxide 18.23% by weight, iron oxide 4.04% by weight, calcium oxide 1.03% by weight, magnesium oxide 2.04% by weight, potassium oxide 3.81% by weight,
Sodium oxide is 2.11% by weight, phosphorus pentoxide is 0.10% by weight, and manganese oxide is 0.42% by weight. Before oxidation, it further contains 4.10% by weight of carbon. Such natural ore (3) is ground to a powder of desired particle size. The particle size of the powder is preferably about 50 μm or less.
If the particle size of the powder exceeds 50 μ, it tends to be difficult to uniformly disperse the powder in the adhesive solution, and thus it tends to be difficult to allow the natural ore (3) powder to uniformly exist in the antibacterial layer (2). As the adhesive used when forming the antibacterial layer (2), various conventionally known synthetic resins are used, and particularly epoxy resin, melamine resin, phenol resin and the like are used. (4) is a sweat absorbing and retaining layer, which is formed of a sheet in which a super absorbent polymer is sandwiched between thin paper sheets. The super absorbent resin referred to in the present invention absorbs 100 times or more of its own weight of water,
A high molecular weight polymer to be retained, for example, starch-acrylonitrile graft polymer, starch-acrylic acid salt graft polymer, self-crosslinked polyacrylic acid salt, acrylic acid-
Acrylonitrile copolymers, cross-linked products of polyacrylic acid salts, etc. are used. The super absorbent polymer may be sandwiched between the thin papers in the form of powder, or may be sandwiched between the thin papers in the form of a film. Tissue paper is generally used as the thin paper. (5) is a sweat absorption upper layer, which is formed of a non-woven fabric mainly composed of cotton fibers. For example, a hydroentangled non-woven fabric obtained by hydroentangling a fiber web in which cotton fibers are opened and integrated, a cotton fiber and an adhesive fiber are mixed, and the fibrous web in which the fibers are opened and integrated is heated (and optionally pressured). ) Is used to produce a fiber-bonded nonwoven fabric, a binder-bonded nonwoven fabric in which a binder (binder) is added to a fiber web obtained by spreading and accumulating cotton fibers, and the like are used. In addition to cotton fibers, the non-woven fabric may contain a slight amount of synthetic fibers such as polyester fibers and polypropylene fibers or other natural fibers. As described above, the skin patch according to the present invention is formed by laminating the metal foil (1), the antibacterial layer (2), the sweat absorption holding layer (4), and the sweat absorption upper layer (5) in this order. The sweat absorption upper layer (5) is used in contact with the skin. Then, the skin patch covers the skin on the affected area. Further, in order to fix the skin patch after coating, a bandage or bandage may be applied on the skin patch. In the present invention, various materials are laminated on the other surface of the metal foil (1), that is, on the surface on which the antibacterial layer (2), the sweat absorption holding layer (4) and the sweat absorption upper layer (5) are not arranged. To be used. Therefore, the metal foil can prevent the release of body heat, and the body heat heats the affected area. Further, when perspiration is caused from the skin on the affected area by the warm compress, the perspiration is absorbed by the perspiration absorption layer to introduce the perspiration into the perspiration absorption / retention layer. Therefore, sweat is retained in the sweat absorption retaining layer, and a large amount of sweat is not retained in the sweat absorption layer, so that the sweat absorption layer in contact with the skin is always in a dry state, and the effect that the skin feels good is obtained. Play. Further, since the antibacterial layer is further present, it is possible to prevent bacteria from propagating in the sweat retained in the sweat absorption / retention layer, and prevent an unpleasant odor due to sweat and rash on the skin. Therefore, by using the skin patch according to the present invention, it is possible to treat stiff shoulders, sprains, etc. with a warm compress while preventing a strange odor and soreness caused by sweating from the skin on the affected area during treatment. is there.
