Since the atmosphere temperature is not high outside the furnace, a metal mold can be used, but when molding in the furnace, the heat resistant inorganic material is used because the atmosphere temperature is high. Specifically, JP-A 64-141
As disclosed in No. 22, ceramic fibers such as silica / alumina ceramic fibers, silica fibers, alumina fibers, rock wool, calcium silicate, perlite, and lightweight castable are known.

The molding die 1 is provided on a vertically movable separation floor 2, and the molding die 1 is composed of an upper half molding portion 3 and a lower half base portion 4, and a pressure air source is provided between the molding portion 3 and the base portion 4. A space 6 is formed in which a pipe 5 connected to the opening 6 is formed, and the upper surface of the molding portion 3 is a molding surface 7 that has a desired product shape by NC processing. The small holes 8 communicate with each other. The diameter of the small holes 8 is about 3 mm, the distance between the holes is about 60 mm, and the molding surface 7 is excluded except for the small holes 8.
Alumina fibers, silica fibers, etc. are adhered to this to prevent glass from adhering.

Further, instead of the cast molding, the material which has been previously formed into a plate shape may be NC processed. In this way, since the plate thickness is uniform, deformation and cracks are less likely to occur, which is advantageous in terms of management and the manufacturing period can be shortened.

It is composed of 2 -CaO based inorganic materials, 32~42Wt% of Al 2 O 3, particularly for shaping unit 3, the SiO 2 24~47wt%, the CaO. 18 to

%, SiO 2 is 58 to 62 wt%, and CaO is 5 to 9 wt%. By doing so, the characteristics required of the molding die can be satisfied. Here, the forming portion 3 and the base portion 4 are made different in composition ratio because the forming portion 3 is required to have good workability and the surface is particularly dense.
This is because the coefficient of thermal expansion of the base portion 4 is small even if the workability is somewhat poor, and that having a high density is prioritized.

Composed of Al 2 O 3 -SiO 2 -CaO based inorganic material, and by setting the ratio of these in a predetermined range, the characteristics required as a mold, that is, that it can be used in a high temperature part, good workability and post-processing That surface is dense, thermal deformation is small, cracking is difficult,
Satisfies both light weight and ease of making large dimensions.

The workability is improved, the surface is made dense, and the workability of the base portion is somewhat deteriorated, but the coefficient of thermal expansion is reduced and the strength is increased.
