However, such a cleaner cloth using an extremely fine synthetic fiber is required to have stronger cleaning ability, and it is desired that durability of cleaning ability and cleaning operability are further improved. By using extra fine filament yarn mainly composed of polyester synthetic fiber for the cleaner cloth, the cleaning property has been improved considerably, but it is still insufficient, and it is almost completely on the lens in two to three wiping operations. It is required to be able to remove oil and fat components and other dirt components. In addition, the problem that cleaning performance is not deteriorated even if the cleaner cloth is used for a long time, and that the cloth is soft because it is made of ultrafine filament yarn, and therefore the lens surface and the cleaner cloth adhere to each other and are difficult to wipe Must be resolved.

The present invention has been achieved to solve the above problems, and the present invention uses a polyester filament false twist textured yarn for warp or weft or warp and weft, and undergoes splitting treatment by alkali reduction after weaving. A cleaning cloth is characterized by having an alkali weight loss rate of 15 to 30% by weight, a filament cross-section having a petal shape, and a filament single fiber fineness of 0.1 to 0.3 denier. In the cleaner cloth of the present invention, a single-filament finer than that of the conventional one is used to improve the cleaning property. It is clear that the finer the single yarn fineness, the greater the surface area of the fiber, so the cleaning performance is improved. However, this alone does not necessarily improve the cleaning performance. Conversely, if the single yarn fineness is too thin, it is different. Problem, that is, the adhesion phenomenon with the lens surface due to the softness of the fabric becomes remarkable,
There is a problem in operability that it is difficult to wipe off dirt on the lens. Further, if the single yarn fineness becomes too thin, there are many disadvantages in terms of the color development of the fabric, and the tendency toward lack of fashionability tends to occur. From the above, the present invention has a configuration of a single yarn fineness suitable for a cleaner cloth, and in order to maintain sufficient cleanability, the single yarn fineness is 0.1 to 0.3 denier and the single yarn cross section is A petal-shaped polyester filament yarn is used. That is, in comparison with a generally used circular cross section or a cross section close to a circle, in the present invention, a petal type cross section having a sharp angle in at least one direction of the cross section is used. It has the effect of easily scraping off minute dirt that was difficult to remove on the cross section. As a result, the single yarn fineness is 0.
Even with a denier of about 1 to 0.3, a sufficient cleaning effect can be obtained, and by appropriately suppressing the softness of the fabric, wiping workability can be performed smoothly. In addition to having the above-mentioned yarn characteristics, the present invention uses false twisted yarn and splits fibers in the alkali weight reduction step after weaving, thereby greatly improving the durability of cleaning power and achieving a cleaner effect. It will be further improved. That is, due to the fiber splitting effect due to an appropriate amount of alkali reduction after weaving, spaces are created in the individual yarns that make up the fabric, and due to the torque and crimping properties of the false twisted yarn,
An appropriate space is created between the yarns and in the yarns. In the present invention, by creating such a space, the wiped dirt components are pushed into the space in sequence, and the wiped dirt components are reattached to the object to be cleaned until the cloth is saturated with dirt. In other words, the durability of sufficient cleaning power is obtained, and as a result, the cleaning effect is further enhanced. The weight reduction rate of the present invention is about 15 to 30%, but this is sufficient in terms of splitting effect and is appropriate in relation to a small space. Preferably, the weight reduction rate of 20 to 25% is the first yarn. It is also good in relation to the fineness. In the present invention, the false twisting method is not particularly limited as long as it imparts so-called torque property and crimping property, as long as it has a property of appropriately filling the space due to alkali reduction described above. Good. The cross-sectional shape of the single yarn filament of the present invention described above is sufficient if at least one piece thereof has an acute angle of 50 ° or less. In terms of industrial production, it is effective to form petals as shown in the examples below,
The method according to the present embodiment is not necessarily limited. The cleaner cloth of the present invention has no problem even if it is used as a cloth for general clothing when its features can be utilized.

Hereinafter, specific examples will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a petal-type 8-division composite filament yarn used for a cleaner cloth, which is an example of the present invention. (A) is a schematic cross-sectional view of the filament before division,
(B) is a schematic cross-sectional view of the filament after division by alkali treatment, which is drawn ignoring deformation of the filament due to false twisting. 1 part by weight of a copolyester composed of 23% by weight of polyethylene glycol having a molecular weight of 6000 and 2 mol% of sulfoisophthalic acid as a component 1a having a high alkali solubility, and polyethylene having an intrinsic viscosity of 0.67 as a component 1b having a low alkali solubility. 4 parts by weight of terephthalate are mixed with individual filaments (1) by a composite spinning machine as shown in FIG. 1 (A).
Is a petal-shaped 8-part composite filament 70 denier / 4
8 filaments were melt-spun, drawn, and then false twisted using a commercially available false twisting machine. Using the false twisted yarn as warp and weft, weave a plain woven fabric having a greige density of 145 warps / 2.54 cm and 90 wefts / 2.54 cm, and reduce the alkali weight by 20% by weight in the next dyeing process. After the treatment, the copolyester, which is the component 1a having a high alkali solubility, was dissolved, and the component 1b having a low alkali solubility was split into fibers, and then the usual finishing process was performed to obtain a woven fabric. The obtained woven fabric has appropriate tension and elasticity, is excellent in softness and smoothness with various lenses, has good wiping workability, and is extremely cleanable for a long period of time. It was found that it can withstand cleaning power enough to be used, and that it has major features compared to conventional cleaner cloths that only use ultrafine threads. Further, although the present invention makes the most of its effect in a high-density fabric, the same effect can be expected as a knitted fabric.
