2. Description of the Related Art When laying railway rails, crushed stones are laid down to a thickness of about 250 mm on a foundation ground or a concrete foundation, concrete sleepers are lined up on it, and rails are further laid on it. . When a train runs at high speed on the rails laid in this way, its vibration and noise are transmitted to the surroundings and harm the environment. At the same time, the vibration causes the crushed stones under the sleepers to move and the crushed stones to become finer. As a result, the sleepers sink and the rails sink further. Repairing these fine particles and subsidence often involves work at night when the train is out of service, and a large track maintenance cost is incurred. Conventionally, in order to prevent these problems, a plate-shaped elastic material has been attached to the bottom of concrete sleepers, or a nut has been inserted into ready-mixed concrete, and after hardening of the concrete, a plate-shaped elastic material with holes. The method of attaching the bolts is used.

Conventionally, various elastic bodies such as urethane series, natural rubber series, synthetic rubber series, elastic plastic series and recycled rubber series have been used as the plate-like elastic body of the concrete sleeper with elastic body. . In order to attach these plate-like elastic bodies to concrete sleepers, they can be roughly classified into the following three types. (1) A solid plate-like elastic body and a solid concrete sleeper are separately prepared, and the two are bonded by an adhesive material or a screw. (2) A mold having a space is formed outside the solid concrete sleepers, and a liquid elastic material is poured into the spaces to make the solid elastic, and at the same time, the elastic is bonded to the concrete sleepers. (3) After projecting a plurality of fixing materials on the plate-like elastic body, the plate-like elastic body is arranged at a predetermined position on the upper surface of the concrete formwork of the sleeper, and concrete is placed in the concrete formwork, Each fixing material is embedded in the cast concrete to connect the plate-like elastic body and the concrete sleepers.

In the connection type (1) above, in order to improve the connection state, various examinations such as improvement of the adhesive, surface treatment of the adhesive surface of the elastic body and concrete, improvement of the adhesion environment, improvement of the mounting shape, etc. However, there is a problem in that the adhesive force still varies and a lot of man-hours are required. In the connection type of (2) above, it is necessary to pour a liquid elastic material into a predetermined shape, but it is necessary to accurately form a mold for securing the shape, and to remove the mold. It is uneconomical because it requires a lot of man-hours for the work. In the connection type (3), since the plate-like elastic body is arranged in the upper opening of the concrete form, the number of steps is relatively small and it is economical. However, air retention tends to occur on the contact surface between the fresh concrete and the plate-like elastic body, which makes the spring constant of the elastic body unstable, and gravel or water may enter between them to deteriorate durability. There was a problem. Therefore, the present invention makes it possible to create a concrete sleeper with a plate-like elastic body with good workability, eliminate air retention between the elastic body and the concrete sleeper, stabilize the spring constant, and improve durability. The purpose is to do.

According to the present invention, the heads of a plurality of fixing materials are vulcanized and bonded to a plate-like elastic body having a vibration-proof function,
The above object is achieved in a concrete sleeper in which the other end of the fixing material is embedded in a concrete sleeper and a plate-like elastic body is attached to the bottom of the sleeper. Therefore, the plate-shaped elastic body attached to the bottom of the concrete sleeper forms the shape of the surface part in contact with the bottom of the concrete sleeper into an inclined valley surface corresponding to a flat inverted pyramid, an inverted cone, and the like. An air vent hole was provided near the bottom of the inclined valley surface of the body. Further, the bottom surface of the concrete sleeper has a shape corresponding to the inclined valley surface of the plate-like elastic body. In the method of manufacturing a concrete sleeper with a plate-like elastic body, a plurality of fixing materials to be embedded in the concrete sleeper are projected on the plate-like elastic body attached to the bottom of the concrete sleeper, and an appropriate number of air vent holes are provided. . Then, concrete is placed from the top opening of the concrete formwork created so that the top surface of the concrete sleeper is facing down, and then the above plate-like elastic body is pressed against the top surface of the concrete formwork to press it into a plate shape. The fixing material provided on the elastic body is embedded in the poured concrete, and the air in the poured concrete is extracted from the air vent hole of the plate-shaped elastic body, so that the plate-shaped elastic body and the concrete sleepers are connected. In the above-mentioned manufacturing method, the plate-like elastic body is formed into a shape of a surface portion in contact with the bottom of the concrete sleeper, and is formed into an inclined valley surface corresponding to a flat inverted pyramid, an inverted cone, and the inclination of the plate-like elastic body. An air vent hole was provided near the bottom of the valley. In the concrete sleeper with a plate-like elastic body of the present invention, the fixing material is firmly vulcanized and bonded to the plate-like elastic body, and the other end of the fixing material is embedded in the concrete sleeper. The binding state of is strong. Also, the surface of the plate-like elastic body that contacts the concrete sleepers is formed as an inverted trough with an inverted pyramid or inverted cone shape, and an air vent hole is provided near the bottom of it, so it can be placed on a concrete sleeper formwork. When the plate-like elastic body is pressed against the concrete, the air in the poured concrete is guided to the sloped valley surface and exits through the air vent hole, and the air is interposed between the plate-like elastic body and the concrete sleepers. It can be brought into close contact without being forced to do so. Therefore, the spring constant of the plate-like elastic body can be maintained at a predetermined value, and gravel, water, etc. can be prevented from entering between them. In the method of manufacturing a concrete sleeper with a plate-like elastic body, after placing concrete in the concrete formwork of the sleeper, the plate-like elastic body is pressed against the top surface of the cast concrete to provide the plate-like elastic body. The fixed member is pushed into the pouring concrete, and at the same time, the air in the pouring concrete is extracted to the outside through the air vent hole. Therefore, after the concrete is hardened, if it is taken out from the form, there can be obtained a concrete sleeper in which air does not remain on the joint surface and the plate-like elastic bodies are firmly joined.
In addition, if the plate-like elastic body is pressed against the placed concrete while vibrating by the vibrator, the fixing material can be quickly and efficiently pushed into the fresh concrete and the air in the concrete can be extracted. .

According to the present invention, the fixing material firmly fixed to the plate-like elastic body by vulcanization adhesion can be embedded in the concrete sleepers and can be firmly connected, and the rust from the joint portion does not easily occur, and the plate-like elasticity can be obtained. The air inside the concrete can be sufficiently extracted from the air vent hole of the body, so the spring constant of the plate-like elastic body is kept at a predetermined value, and the connection is strong without gaps, so gravel etc. Harder and more durable. Further, in order to bond the plate-like elastic body to the concrete sleeper by the production method of the present invention, the plate-like elastic body may be simply pressed against the ready-mixed concrete cast in the formwork for the concrete sleeper, so that an extra mold is separately provided. It does not require a frame or the like, and can be manufactured by both the conventional PC sleeper preten and posten methods, and can be easily and economically manufactured.
Also, when pressing the plate-like elastic body against the fresh concrete, the air in the fresh concrete is sufficiently extracted from the air vent holes of the plate-like elastic body, so that air does not remain on the joint surface, the spring constant is kept good, and the durability is improved. It becomes a concrete sleeper with good properties.
