Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To completely separate at a prescribed distance or more the electric wire, which forms a winding part, and a lead wire, and to prevent the lead wire etc., to deviate from the appropriate position. SOLUTION: The outer circumference of a winding part 15 is mold-sealed in such a manner that the connection parts P and Q of both ends 15a of the wire, which forms a winding part 15, and a pair of lead wires 21 are covered. Before the above-mentioned sealing, a lead wire holder 30, having a groove-like holding parts 31, where the tip parts of a pair of lead wires 21 are inserted and retained, is arranged on the outer circumference of the winding part 15. By the above-mentioned lead wire holder 30, the connection parts P and Q between both ends 15a of the winding part and a pair of lead wires 21 can be forcedly separated by an appropriate distance with each other.

In such a coil, in order to improve safety, durability, etc., the entire outer periphery of the winding portion is molded and sealed with resin, and the winding portion and the electric wire forming the winding portion are thereby formed. It has been conventionally practiced to isolate the connection between the lead wire and the lead wire from the outside. When molding the outer circumference of the winding part with resin, usually, the wire is wound around the bobbin to form the winding part, and a pair of lead wires is connected to both ends of the wire forming the winding part. The molded product is placed in a mold, and a method of injecting and filling a mold resin into the mold or a method of injection molding is performed, and the resin is waited until the resin is cured and then taken out of the mold.

In the conventional resin-sealed coil in which the outer circumference of the winding portion is molded with the resin as described above, the winding is caused by the flow at the time of injecting and filling the resin. Undesirable behavior occurs at both ends of the electric wire forming the part, the tip ends of the pair of lead wires, or the connection parts thereof, and they approach each other beyond a required insulation distance and interfere with each other. Or lead wire position (draw-out position), etc. may be displaced from the proper position, which may cause not only a decrease in yield but also a decrease in product quality and reliability. Was there.

A preferred embodiment of the resin-sealed coil of the present invention is one in which the groove-shaped holding portion is formed in an L-shape and the lead wire is pulled out in the radial direction. In the resin-sealed coil according to the present invention having such a configuration, both end portions (starting end portion, terminating end portion) of the electric wire forming the winding portion are previously formed before molding the outer periphery of the winding portion with resin. The connecting portions of the lead wire and the pair of lead wires were held substantially immovably by the groove-like holding portions formed on both sides of the lead wire holder, and at the same time, were forcibly separated from each other by an appropriate distance. Arranged in a state. Along with this, both ends of the electric wire and the pair of lead wires are also held in a state of being separated from each other by an appropriate distance by the lead wire holder.

As a result, as shown in FIG. 4, the connecting portions P and Q between the both ends 15a and 15b of the electric wire forming the winding portion 15 and the pair of lead wires 21 and 22 are covered. The entire outer periphery of the winding portion 15 is molded with resin (resin mold 20) and sealed, and the resin-sealed coil 10 as a product is obtained. The resin-sealed coil 10 thus produced is used as a valve body driving coil for the solenoid valve 1 as shown in FIG. 3, and in this case, the blind lid 43 and the sleeve 45 are inserted into the through hole 13. At the same time, a U-shaped holding member 25 is mounted on the outer periphery of the blind lid 43 and the holding member 25 is fastened with a set screw 44,
A movable iron core 40 biased downward by a coil spring 46 is slidably inserted into the sleeve 45.
A conical valve body 42 is provided at the lower end of the movable iron core 40 so as to project therefrom.

In one embodiment of the resin-sealed coil according to the present invention having such a structure, both ends of the electric wire forming the winding portion 15 are previously formed before the outer periphery of the winding portion 15 is molded with resin. The connecting portions P and Q between the portions 15a (starting end portions) and 15b (terminating end portions) and the pair of lead wires 21 and 22 are groove-shaped holding portions 31 formed on both sides of the lead wire holder 30, respectively.
They are held substantially immobile in 32 and at the same time are forced apart from one another by a suitable distance. Along with this, both ends 15a and 15b of the electric wire and the pair of lead wires 21 and 22 are also connected to the lead wire holder 30.
To be separated by an appropriate distance.

Therefore, even when the resin is injected and filled,
Both ends 15a, 15b of the electric wire forming the winding portion 15, the tips of the pair of lead wires 21, 22 and their connecting portions P, Q hardly move, so that they are separated from each other by a required insulation distance. Problems such as lead wires approaching each other and interfering with each other and the position of lead wires (drawing position), etc. deviating from the proper position are less likely to occur, and yield, product quality,

The shape of the lead wire holder 30 is not limited to that of the above-mentioned example, and it is needless to say that it can be appropriately changed. In short, both ends of an electric wire forming a winding portion and a pair of lead wires are required. Any structure may be used as long as it can separate the connection portion with the front end of the resin by an appropriate distance and at the same time can hold it in an immovable state against the flow of the resin.

As can be understood from the above description, the resin-sealed coil of the present invention has a structure in which both ends of an electric wire forming a winding portion are formed in advance before molding the outer periphery of the winding portion with resin. A state in which the connecting portions with a pair of lead wires are held substantially immovably in groove-shaped holding portions formed on both sides of the lead wire holder, and at the same time, are forcibly separated from each other by an appropriate distance. Therefore, both ends of the electric wire forming the winding portion, the tip portions of the pair of lead wires, and the connecting portions thereof hardly move even when the resin is injected and filled.
Therefore, they approach each other beyond the required insulation distance and interfere with each other, or the position of lead wires (drawing position)
It is less likely that a defect such as deviation from the proper position will occur, and the yield, product quality, reliability, etc. are improved.
