If the same amount is set, the unavoidable twist is completely eliminated by fixing the end of the wire rope to the take-up drum with a fixture and then rotating the take-up drum to raise and lower the suspender. To be done. That is, the elimination twist imparted to the wire rope is mainly present only on the end side of the wire rope from the winding drum to the grounding hanger, and in the initial stage when the hanger is ground-cut. Although the unavoidable twist and the canceling twist are mixed in the wire rope, the lifting rope moves up and down to move the wire rope, and the canceling twist moves sequentially from the end side of the wire rope, and finally , Will be offset by the unavoidable twist. Therefore, the unavoidable twist of the wire rope can be completely eliminated by repeating the lifting and lowering of the lifting device a proper number of times.

That is, one end of the wire rope 1, that is, the annular metal fitting 1 c is connected to the connecting portions 16 and 16 of the connecting member 11 by the connecting bolt 18. Further, the cremona rope 24 of the wire rope support member 12 is attached to an appropriate place on the crane club 2 side, for example, the handrail 2a.
In addition, the connection member 11 and the wire rope support member 12 are held so as to be substantially horizontal, and the fixing of the one end of the wire rope 1 to the winding drum 7 by the fixture 6 is released (see FIG. B), see FIG. 2). At this time, the wire rope 1 has the connecting member 11 and the wire rope supporting member 1
Since it is connected to the handrail 2a via the fixing tool 6,
As before releasing the fixation by, the one end side part is about 45
It is held in a state of being pressed against the peripheral surface of the winding drum 7 at a winding angle of °. Before connecting the wire rope 1 to the connecting member 11, the support spanner 13 and the operating spanner 14 are previously engaged with the main body portion 15 of the connecting member 11 in the above-described state (FIGS. 2 to 4). reference).

ドラム7に固定させる。Then, a reverse twist imparting step is performed. That is, the operator holds the support spanner 13 and the operation lever 1 in both hands.
The lever portion 13b of the operating lever 14 is swung while holding the lever portions 13b and 14b of No. 4 and holding the lever portion 13b of the support spanner 13 at a fixed position (see FIGS. 1C and 4). When the lever portion 14b of the operating spanner 14 is rotationally operated in the twist canceling direction B of the wire rope 1, torque is transmitted to the spanner portion 14a, the connecting member 11 is rotated in the same direction, and the wire rope 1 is rotated. It will be twisted in the direction opposite to the unavoidable twist that is occurring. On the other hand, connect the lever portion 14b of the operating spanner 14 to the wire rope 1
When it is returned to the twisting direction A, the torque is not transmitted from the lever portion 14b to the spanner portion 14a at this time, and the rotation of the connecting member 11 in the twisting direction A is prevented by the support spanner 13. Therefore, the connecting member 11 and the wire rope 1 are held as they are.
In other words, by swinging the lever portion 14a of the operating spanner 14 while holding the lever portion 13b of the support spanner 13, the twist canceling direction corresponding to the swing angle is applied to the one end side portion of the wire rope 1. A twist to B, that is, a release twist is imparted. At this time, the rotating operation of the connecting member 11 in the twist canceling direction B is performed such that the connecting member 11 is held in a horizontal state by its own weight of the wire rope 1, and the connecting spanner 13 is rotatable in the twist canceling direction B by the support spanner 13. In addition to being supported, the rotation of the connecting member 11 in the twisting direction A is prevented by the support spanner 13, and the one end side portion of the wire rope 1 is pressed against the winding drum 7. Since the wire rope 1 twisted in the twist canceling direction B is not likely to return to its original state, it can be safely performed. The wire rope 1 has the operation spanner in the twist canceling direction A. Lever part 1 of 14
The canceling twist corresponding to the rotation amount of 4b is surely imparted. The two spanners 13 and 14 can be operated by two workers in a shared manner, but can be safely and easily operated by one worker. Thus, when the swing operation of the operation spanner 14 is performed, the amount of canceling twist given to the wire rope 1 by this becomes an amount corresponding to about ½ of the unavoidable twist amount generated in the entire wire rope 1. It is repeated until. And wire rope 1
Then, at the time point when such a twist is given, the one end of the wire rope 1 is fixed to the winding drum 7 by the fixing tool 3 while the lever parts 13b and 14b of the spanners 13 and 14 are held. .

While removing the Cremona rope 24 from the handrail 2a,
The connection bolt 18 is removed to release the connection between the connection member 11 and the wire rope 1. That is, the jig 10 is removed from one end of the wire rope 1 and the crane club 2. At this time, since one end of the wire rope 1 is fixed to the winding drum 7 by the fixture 6, the canceling twist imparted to the wire rope 1 is retained as it is.

In the reverse twist imparting step in this case, a canceling twist amount equal to the total unavoidable twist amount minus the cancel twist amount previously imparted to one end of the wire rope 1 is applied to the other end of the wire rope 1. To That is, the total of the amount of twists to be applied to both ends of the wire rope 1 is made to coincide with the amount of unavoidable twists occurring in the entire wire rope 1.

That is, the winding drum 7 is rotated to wind up the wire rope 1 to cut the hanging tool 4, and then the winding drum 7 is further rotated normally and reversely to raise and lower the lifting tool 4 an appropriate number of times (see FIG. See D)). By the way, the canceling twist given to the wire rope 1 in the reverse twist imparting step and retained in the wire rope 1 in the jig removing step is mainly due to both ends of the wire rope 1 from the winding drum 7 to the hanging tool 4 grounded. It will be in the side part. Therefore,
At the initial stage of the twist elimination process in which the hanging tool 4 is ground,
Since the unavoidable twist and the canceling twist are mixed in the wire rope 1, the suspending tool 4 does not have a proper posture, for example, an inappropriate posture as shown in FIG. 7. However, when the lifting device 2 is repeatedly moved up and down after that, as the wire rope 1 moves, the elimination twist gradually shifts from the one end side portion to the other end side portion of the wire rope 1, and finally the unavoidable twisting. Will be offset. Therefore, by repeating the lifting and lowering of the suspending tool 2 an appropriate number of times, the unavoidable twist of the wire rope 1 is completely eliminated, and the suspending tool 4 takes the proper posture (see FIG. 6).

Although a canceling twist is given to each end of the wire rope so that the total of these canceling twists matches the unavoidable twist amount of the entire wire rope 1, the number of windings of the wire rope 1 is as shown in FIG.
When the wire rope 1 has a small amount of unavoidable twist as shown in (A), it is possible to apply a resolving twist only to one end of the wire rope 1. That is, after performing the work start preparation step, the jig attaching step, the reverse twist applying step, and the jig removing step are performed only on one end of the wire rope 1 to match the total unavoidable twist amount to the one end of the wire rope 1. The amount of twist to be eliminated is given and the twist elimination step is performed. In addition, as in the above-described embodiment, in the case of applying the twist for eliminating the twist to both ends of the wire rope 1, a pair of twist eliminating jigs 10 and 10 are used to attach the jig to each end of the wire rope 1. The step, the reverse twisting step, and the jig removing step may be simultaneously performed in parallel.

A well-known ratchet spanner is used as the rotation operating member 14, but the configuration is arbitrary. For example, the rotation supporting member 13 may be incorporated in the connecting member 11 (for example, the spanner portion 13a of the supporting spanner 13 is integrally formed with the connecting member 11). Further, the rotation support member 13 is fixed to an appropriate place on the side of the crane club 2 instead of being artificially held by the operator as described above (for example, the lever portion 13b of the support spanner 13 is appropriately handrailed or the like). It may be fixed by the fixing tool). The rotation operating member 14 may be a normal spanner or the like as long as it can rotate the connecting member 11 in the twist eliminating direction B. Further, the wire rope support member 12 connects the connecting member 11 so as to be rotatable relative to each other, and is configured as long as it holds the connecting member 11 in a constant posture in combination with the weight of the wire rope 1. Is arbitrary, and the means for connecting to the handrail 2a or the like on the crane club 2 side is not limited to the Cremona rope 24.
