Conventionally, most disks are made of metal, but recently, disks made of ceramic material or ceramic composite material have been developed. The one made of a ceramic composite material is, for example, a two-dimensional laminated material made by laminating plain weave sheets in which warp threads and weft threads are crossed to a predetermined thickness.
It is obtained by machining a composite material obtained by impregnating this two-dimensional laminated material with a matrix.

That is, what is made of a ceramic material may be destroyed by a low stress when there is a small defect due to the low toughness which is a defect of the ceramic material.
Unreliable. Therefore, there is a problem that the size is limited to some extent. In addition, since the ceramic composite material is fiber-reinforced inside in the two-dimensional in-plane direction, the toughness is improved as compared with the ceramic material, so that the reliability is higher, but the inner peripheral portion of the disk is higher. Since the reinforcing fibers cannot be oriented along the circumferential direction, which is the direction in which stress is generated, the strength in the circumferential direction is low, and it cannot be expected to be used in a highly stressed state. In addition, there is a problem that the interlaminar shear strength is low, which is a peculiar drawback of a laminated material, and thus there is a problem that it is not suitable for a disk or blisk in a complicated stress state.

It is characterized by different ratios. Since the reinforcing fibers are three-dimensionally oriented, the problem of using the two-dimensional laminated material that the interlaminar shear strength is lowered can be solved, and the strength is remarkably improved. Further, the orientation ratio of the reinforcing fibers is changed according to the distance from the center of the disc, so that the high stress generating portion can be efficiently strengthened. In other words, in a member that rotates at high speed such as a disc or blisk, the circumferential stress is large in the inner part near the center of the disc, and the radial stress is large in the outer part far from the center of the disc due to centrifugal stress due to the blades. There is a tendency, and if the orientation amount of the reinforcing fibers is made different to counter such a large stress, the strength can be further increased. The invention according to claim 2 is characterized in that the reinforcing fibers are three-dimensionally oriented in a cylindrical coordinate system. As described above, in a member that rotates at a high speed such as a disc or blisk, the circumferential stress tends to increase in the inner portion near the center of the disc, and the radial stress tends to increase in the outer portion far from the center of the disc. If the reinforcing fibers are three-dimensionally oriented along the cylindrical coordinate system, the reinforcing fibers can inevitably be arranged in a direction matching such high stress. According to the invention of claim 3, as the distance from the center of the disk increases,
It is characterized in that the orientation ratio of the reinforcing fibers in the radial direction increases and the orientation ratio of the reinforcing fibers in the circumferential direction decreases. A large number of reinforcing fibers are arranged along the high stress direction at locations where high stress is generated, and the strength can be improved more efficiently.

FIG. 1 is a perspective sectional view of a part of a turbine rotor blade to which the present invention is applied. In the figure, reference numeral 1 is a disk that rotates at high speed during operation, and 2 is a moving blade attached to the outer circumference of the disk 1. There are two types of rotor blades, one is a retrofit type that is fitted into a groove formed on the outer periphery of the disc and is attached, and the other is a disc that is integrally formed with the disc 1 and that is integrally machined with a disc that is cut by a later machining process. The latter structure in which the moving blade 2 and the disk 1 are integrated is called a "blisk".

Weaving is performed so that the orientation ratio in the radial direction (r) increases and the orientation ratio in the circumferential direction (θ) decreases. FIG. 3 shows an example of the orientation of the reinforcing fibers 5.
That is, the number (No) at the left end in this figure indicates the measurement position. The smaller number is closer to the disc center of the disc 1, and the larger the number is, the more the position is shifted outward in the radial direction from the inner end portion. It represents. The columns on the right side of the numbers show the orientation ratios in the radial direction (r) and the rotation axis direction (z), where the orientation ratio in the circumferential direction (θ) of the reinforcing fiber 5 is 1. Specifically, in the case of No. 1, when the orientation ratio in the circumferential direction is 1,
The orientation ratio in the radial direction is 0.4, and the orientation ratio in the rotation axis direction is 0.1. Here, as the number increases, that is, as the measurement position shifts to the outside of the disk 1, the radial direction (r) is increased with respect to the orientation ratio in the circumferential direction (θ).
It can be seen that the orientation ratio of is increasing. The column on the right (V
f, Vf (r), Vf (θ), and Vf (z) represent the ratio (%) of the reinforcing fiber per unit volume. That is, in No. 1, 36.7% of the reinforcing fibers per unit volume, of which 9.2% of the reinforcing fibers in the radial direction, 24.6% of the reinforcing fibers in the circumferential direction, and Axial reinforcing fibers account for 2.8% each.
Also from this column, the orientation ratio of the reinforcing fibers 5 in the radial direction (r) increases and the orientation ratio of the reinforcing fibers in the circumferential direction (θ) increases as the measurement position deviates in the outer peripheral direction of the disk 1. You can see that is decreasing.

A combination of P (Polymer Impregnaion and Pyrolysis) method is used. That is, as described above, the step of heating the reinforcing fibers 5 having a three-dimensional orientation by heating to 1000 ° C. to attach the gasified SiC, and then impregnating the polymer and firing it is performed a plurality of times (around 6 times). repetition,
Thereby, a method for obtaining a ceramic composite material is used. Of course, the molding method is not limited to this, and other methods such as a slurry method and a sol-gel method may be used, and the CVI (Chemical Vapor Infiltration) method and the PI method may be used.
It is also possible to use only one of the P (Polymer Impregnaion and Pyrolysis) method.

Remarkably improved. Further, the reinforcing fibers are three-dimensionally oriented in a cylindrical coordinate system, and as the distance from the disc center increases, the ratio of the reinforcing fibers in the radial direction increases and the orientation of the reinforcing fibers in the circumferential direction increases. Since the arrangement is made so as to reduce the ratio, it is possible to efficiently strengthen the high stress occurrence portion. That is, since the disk 1 rotates at a high speed, the circumferential stress tends to increase in the inner portion near the center of the disk, and the radial stress tends to increase in the outer portion far from the center of the disk due to centrifugal stress due to the blades. At such places where high stress is generated, more reinforcing fibers are arranged along the direction of high stress, and the strength can be improved more efficiently.

As described above, the circumferential stress is large in the inner peripheral portion near the center of the disk and becomes smaller as the distance from the center of the disk increases. By the way, as is apparent from this figure, since the conventional disc has uniform circumferential strength regardless of the radial position, there is little margin in the disc inner peripheral portion and excessive strength in the disc outer peripheral portion. However, the disc of the present invention has a strong circumferential strength at the inner peripheral portion of the disk and a not so strong circumferential strength at the outer peripheral portion of the disk. In other words, it has a strength that matches the required strength curve in the circumferential direction of the disk, and it can be seen that the reinforcing fiber 5 efficiently strengthens the disk.

That is, comparing the fiber content ratios in FIG. 3, the radial directions (Vf (r)) gradually increase from the inner peripheral portion toward the outer peripheral portion, such as 9.2, 9.6, ... In addition, when viewed in the circumferential direction (Vf (θ)), conversely, the distance from the inner peripheral portion to the outer peripheral portion is 2
It tends to be gradually smaller, such as 4.6, 24.9, 20.5, .... Since the higher the fiber content is, the higher the strength is obtained, it can be seen that the inner peripheral portion of the disk is reinforced mainly in the circumferential direction and the outer peripheral portion of the disk is reinforced mainly in the radial direction.

The strength is significantly improved. Moreover, since the orientation ratio of the reinforcing fibers is changed according to the distance from the center of the disk, the high stress occurrence portion can be efficiently strengthened. In other words, in a member that rotates at high speed such as a disc or blisk, the circumferential stress is large in the inner part near the center of the disc, and the radial stress is large in the outer part far from the center of the disc due to centrifugal stress due to the blades. If there is a tendency, and if the amount of orientation of the reinforcing fibers is made different so as to oppose such a large stress,
The strength can be further increased. According to the invention of claim 2, since the reinforcing fibers are three-dimensionally oriented along the cylindrical coordinate system, it is inevitable that the reinforcing fibers can be oriented so as to match a high stress, and ideal reinforcement is achieved. You can do it. Claim 3
According to the described invention, many reinforcing fibers are arranged along the stress direction at a location where a high stress is generated, and the strength can be improved more efficiently.
