2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, the necessity of anti-aging cosmetics has been taken into consideration, but since the mechanism and definition of aging have not been clarified, generally, the measurement of moisturizing condition and elasticity of skin are considered as the moisturization of the skin. It has been determined whether or not to improve the skin condition by using the anti-aging cosmetic by measuring the above or visually observing the skin condition.

In recent years, research on aging has progressed, and skin aging is mainly caused by a collagen cross-linking reaction, a decrease in mucopolysaccharides such as hyaluronic acid, and cell damage due to ultraviolet rays. It has become known that skin aging cannot be sufficiently prevented just by mixing biochemical products such as mucopolysaccharides and collagen and synthetic polymer products and trying to retain water like conventional cosmetics. It became clear.

Furthermore, when the above-mentioned decomposed product or dry powder is poured into hot water, the effect of improving the variation in the area between keratinocytes is maintained, and the feeling of heat retention after bathing and the skin condition are more beautiful and smooth. The anti-aging cosmetic composition of the present invention can also be used as a bath product such as a bath agent because it has the effect of normalizing the composition. Thus, when the anti-aging cosmetic composition of the present invention is used as a bath agent, the amount of the decomposed product incorporated into the anti-aging cosmetic product is 100 parts of the anti-aging cosmetic product in consideration of the effect of the decomposed product. On the other hand, it is desirable that it is 0.0001 part or more, preferably 0.001 part or more, and 5 parts or less, preferably 1 part or less, in terms of solid content of the decomposed product. When the bath agent is used, the amount of the bath agent used is preferably adjusted so that the bath agent is usually about 20 to 30 g per 200 liters of hot water.

The decomposition product used in the present invention has an excellent lipid peroxide production inhibitory action on human skin, a superoxide dismutase (hereinafter referred to as SOD) -like activity,
It has a collagen synthesis promoting action and a UV damage recovery action at the same time. Therefore, the anti-aging cosmetic composition of the present invention containing the decomposed product has effects of preventing skin aging and maintaining a youthful and healthy skin condition.
Further, since the decomposed product is prepared from processed rice obtained by processing rice in advance, it is possible to prevent precipitation of insoluble matter over time, and its quality is highly stable. Therefore, the anti-aging cosmetic composition of the present invention containing the decomposed product has an effect of extremely excellent storage stability.

EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION A decomposed product obtained by treating an alkaline extract of processed rice with one or more enzymes used in the present invention serves as an index of the conventionally required skin anti-aging effect. It also has the effects of inhibiting lipid peroxide production, SOD-like activity, promoting collagen synthesis, and recovering from UV damage. Therefore, the anti-aging cosmetic of the present invention in which the decomposed product is blended does not have a mere moisturizing effect, normalizes the turnover on human skin, and reduces the variation in the area between corneocytes. It has excellent effects such as preventing dullness and stains on the skin and improving fine lines by activating the cells of the skin. In addition, when used as a cosmetic for hair, it has the effect of improving split ends, stiffness, gloss and the like of the hair.
