ら落下することから、冷却水が鋼帯上面に滞留するのに
対して、鋼帯3下面に供給した冷却水は、鋼帯3に衝突
したと同時に落下するため、鋼帯3の上面に比べ下面は
短時間冷却になり、鋼帯3上下面で冷却が不均一にな
る。この難点を解決するため、鋼帯3下面にフルコーン
型ノズルを配置して、冷却水を逆円錐状に鋼帯3へ噴射

置は、このような課題を有利に解決するためなされたも
のであり、ホットランテーブルのローラー間に鋼帯先端
の突入を防止する鋼帯ガイド体を設け、また一層均一な
走行鋼帯の冷却を必要とするときは、鋼帯ガイド体から
の冷却水供給によって鋼帯を均一に冷却する。更に、ホ
ットランテーブルの冷却ゾーンの変更等により、冷却停
止ゾーンの鋼帯下面からの冷却水の噴射を停止したと
き、走行鋼帯による鋼帯ガイド体の加熱劣化(変形等)
を防止して、前記のごとき課題を解決するとともに、上
記のごとき優れた機能を具備する熱延鋼帯下面の冷却装
置を提供することを目的とするものである。
