In other words, in the above-mentioned two conventional examples, in the conventional outerwear in which the sleeve surface member and the sleeve bottom member are sewn at the sleeve surface sewing line and the sleeve bottom sewing line at two places, the former conventional example Is a ready-made garment of this well-known form, and this ready-made garment is re-sewn with the allowance part folded around the armpit lower arm.The latter conventional example is not a ready-made garment unlike the former, In addition to the sewing line, darts are separately provided on the sleeve bottom member, the body darts are connected to the darts, and the allowances are folded and sewn on both darts. In the latter conventional example, at least two sewing lines are formed on the lower surface portion of the sleeve due to the configuration.

[Problems to be solved] Among the above-mentioned conventional examples, in the former case, a finishing sewing step is required twice in the manufacturing process, and in addition, it is complicated, and the dress material is folded into a bag to form a lining. Since it is sewn in between, there is a problem that a feeling of foreign matter remains in the portion where the margin is folded.

Among the above-mentioned conventional examples, in the latter, the wearing feeling is slightly improved, the finishing sewing process is not doubled, and the remaining problem in the former is solved to some extent. Extra darts 1 on the sleeve bottom as shown in 8
Since 00 is formed, a new sewing process is required,
Not only is it a complicated product, but it is also aesthetically demanding to be modified, which impairs cleanliness and simple aesthetics, and is a little difficult to match in school education where the uniform is nervously reluctant to change. Has become.

Further, in common to both the above-mentioned conventional examples, the procedure for pulling out the folded margin portion from the sewn portion is the same as the color of the outer dressing and the thread in which the margin portion is folded and sewn. Since it is a slightly darker single color and the sewing thread has a considerably small diameter, the unfastening procedure is complicated, and it is a thread for unfastening at home sewing or when handled by an unskilled person. When cutting, there was a problem that unexpected damage could be caused especially to the outer material.

According to the present invention, a main member constituting an outerwear cover is composed of two abdominal members, so-called front parts, back members, so-called rear parts, and sleeve members. Both the body and rear body sewing lines and the sleeve member sewing line have a starting point at the lower armpit of the armhole, and are expected after physical growth such as adolescent physical growth or post-adult obesity expansion. According to the body form to be applied, the main member is attached to a member sewn portion such as a sleeve sewn line, a side sewn line, and a side dart that is formed in some cases. In a growth-compatible outerwear that is cut by extending a narrow triangular shaped margin in each direction, the sleeve sewing line having a starting end at the lower part of the armhole and the side sewing line or the side darts sewing line. Any one of them, while including the narrow triangular margin part, Align the start position in the lower part of the armhole, and sew it in a straight line from the central part of the sleeve to the side body part with a margin suture, and at the bottom of the sleeve member, except the sleeve stitch line, The fact that no sewing line such as darts is formed is the main means for solving the problem.

In the present invention, as means for solving the problem, particularly for boys' school uniforms or jackets such as men's blazer,
The side darts are formed on the side trunk portion, and the sleeve member is composed of two members, a sleeve surface member, so-called mountain sleeve, and a sleeve bottom member, so-called lower sleeve, and sleeve sewing for sewing the mountain sleeve and the lower sleeve. Of the lines, the sewing line that has a starting end at the lower armpit of the armhole, the so-called front sleeve sewing line, is slightly closer to the rear body, and the starting position of the side darts is slightly closer to the front body. It has a structure.

In the present invention, as a means for solving the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a means for solving the problems in order to simplify the procedure for unwinding the allowance and prevent damage to the outer jacket.
Armholes with a starting point at the lower part of the armpit and either a side sewing line or a side darts sewing line are included in the narrow triangular shaped marginal part, and multiple marginal sutures are staged according to physical development. The suture thread is also sewn in a special manner, and the color of the excess suture thread is different from the background color of the other member or the color of the suture thread of the other member.

Based on the means for solving the above problems, in the present invention, the excess suture thread and the sewing thread for the other portion, or the individual excess suture threads which are sewn in plural in the excess area are mutually threaded. The quality and diameter are different, and in particular, the excess suture thread has a diameter larger than that of the suture thread in other parts.

With the above-mentioned structure, the allowance part to be pulled out in accordance with the growing period of school children, especially the middle school and high school boys, is the structure of the sleeve bottom sewing line and the body part which is continuous with this line. It is continuously contained and sewn in darts. Therefore, the suture thread used for the suture line for containing and sewing the above allowance portion is composed of one continuous thread and extends from one end of both allowance portions of the sleeve tip and the lower torso portion to the other end. Up to, without discontinuities. Therefore, the procedure for unraveling the margin is only required to sequentially cut or pull out this one suture thread, which is extremely simple.

Due to the above structure, the formation position of the sleeve bottom sewing line is slightly moved from the formation position in the conventional example.
Since it stays in the fine angle range, the actual wearing feeling is the same as the conventional one, and the appearance change is hardly recognized.

In the manufacturing process, it is necessary to create a pattern different from the pattern for tailoring the well-known outerwear, but once created, mass production is possible, and the already sewn clothes are even more versatile. It is more comfortable to wear than the one in which the step of including the extra part is added, and the cutting and discarding part of the dart can be used as a component part of the extra part, so that the material cost is also reduced as compared with the past.

Further, in comparison with the conventional example having two suture lines for containing and sewing the marginal area, the appearance is excellent and the manufacturing process can be shortened. Since the allowance portion is provided with the allowance portion, the area or range of the allowance portion can be remarkably widened from one end of the allowance portion of the sleeve tip to the other end of the allowance portion.

Furthermore, since one extra suture thread is sufficient,
According to the degree of growth or body expansion, adapt to physical development,
If a plurality of margin sutures are sewn in stages, it is possible to deal with the difference in the stop period, speed, and site of body growth to a considerable extent. If the physical growth stops early, it is not necessary to unsew all the sutures sewn in several steps. When the degree of growth is remarkable due to the year, the sutures may be unfastened in an early stage and in stages.

If the plural margin sutures sewn in stages are changed, the growth stage can be visually grasped,
In addition, if the background color of other members of the outerwear, especially the outer material, and the colors of the thread at the sewn part where the margin is not provided and the color of the suture at the margin are changed, not only the unfastening procedure will become easier. It is possible to unsew without damaging the cloth of other members of the jacket. In particular, as in the case of the above-mentioned color, if the thread is thicker than the suture margin, compared to the background color of other members of the jacket, especially the background color of the outer material, or the thread of the sewn part where the margin is not provided. In addition to being durable to sew, threading and thread cutting are easy, and the possibility of damaging the cloth of other members of the outerwear at the time of unsewn is further reduced.

If the above-mentioned outerwear also has an allowance in length and length, it is possible to cope with the expansion of the body during the growth period. Further, it can be used as an outerwear for men who have a large degree of body enlargement, such as an obese person after adulthood or a bodybuilder, which has a remarkably effective and convenient means of refitting.
