【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 【請求項1】所定の含水率に調整された可塑性坏土を成
形機の口金から押し出し、乾燥後に二分割することで分
割面に割肌面を得るようにした割肌タイルの成形機にお
いて、口金の中央部の上下方向にタイル裏面側の凹凸を
形成するための中玉を配設し、該中玉と口金の左右内側
面との間の上下方向に、押し出された成形体の不要部分
を切除し、且つタイル裏面側の凹凸を形成するための切
断刃を設けたことを特徴とする割肌タイルの成形機。

性坏土の層が成形体の中心から渦巻き状に連続するよう
にし、該押出成形体を乾燥させた後、前記可塑性坏土の
層の渦巻きの中心から離れた位置で且つ渦巻き方向に沿
った部分で押出成形体を分割することにより、分割した
面に大きな凹凸の割肌面を得るようにしたことを特徴と
する割肌タイルの製造方法。
