通過させることにより、裏面中央に溝を有する乾式施工
用タイルを2枚合せの状態で成形し、そして成形ダイス
lOOの外枠104及び中型106に夫々設けた突起に
よって、タイル分離用の切れ目を入れるようにしている
。即ち従来の方法にあっては、第4図に示しているよう
に、各タイル108を連続した1つの合せ面109毎に
押出方向に延びる一本の幅の広い連結部110にて互い
に連結した状態で成形するようにしていた。これはタイ
ル108を成形した後焼成する以前の段階で、2枚合せ
の各タイル108が互いに分離してしまうのを防ぐ必要
があり、そこで各タイル108をある程度強い力で接合
しておくべく、幅広の連結部で互いに連結するようにし
ているのである。

りが悪くなり、場合によりタイル108の取付姿勢が悪
くなるといった不具合を生ずる。
