は、食品等を包丁等で切る際、切りやすいようにまな板

を輪切りにする場合に、各片を完全に切り離さず、一定
の深さまで切り込みを入れるにとどめたいと欲する場合
がある。かかる場合、従来のまな板では、人間の熟練に
頼らざるを得ず、誤って切り離してしまう等の不利・不

【発明の効果】本発明のまな板を使用すれば、食品等に
一定の深さの切り込みを連続的に入れていく際に、当該
部材２をまな板１に対し摺動・回転させ、まな板１表面
に必要な量だけ凹凸を作り、この形状を利用することに
より、図３（図６）の様に熟練を要さず簡単に目的を達
成することが出来る。尚、通常のまな板として使用する
ときは、当該部材２を当初の位置に収納すればよく、簡
易な構造にて、多様な要求を満足し得る画期的なまな板
