(57) [Summary] (Correction) [Problem] It is possible to reduce the labor and labor for construction, and safely, shorten the construction period, and reduce the construction cost without requiring highly specialized personnel. SOLUTION: This is a precast reinforced concrete member formed in a hollow tunnel shape following the cross-sectional shape of a temporary drainage channel to be constructed, and a discharge groove 4 is provided on the inner surface of the top end portion along the tunnel axis direction, and one end thereof is discharged. It communicates with the box 5, and the discharge box 5 is provided with a discharge port 7 in communication therewith, and the introduction paths 8 and 8 ′ for the internal landfill grout G are provided inside both sides from the upper part to the lower part. Using the temporary drainage channel cell 1 in which the discharge ports 11 and 11 ′ respectively communicating with the channels 8 and 8 ′ are provided at a plurality of locations, a required number of the temporary drainage channel cells 1 are continuously installed along the provisional drainage channel installation portion, and they are joined and integrated. After burying concrete at a predetermined height while leaving the periphery of the bottom surface of the required number of temporary drainage cells 1, a high-fluidity solidifying material 23 is placed and the temporary drainage cells 1 are buried.

Description of the Related Art As a conventional method for constructing a temporary drainage canal in a concrete dam, a formwork is assembled on-site with steel or plywood according to the shape of a temporary drainage canal such as a hood type or an upper trapezoidal type, Along with the installation of supporting works, reinforcing bars are laid on the outside, and the grout pipes, injection holes, and drainage gutters used for closed concrete work after completion of the dam body are installed on the formwork, and then concrete is placed. A method of building by dismantling and removing the formwork and supporting works after the concrete has hardened is generally adopted.

Discharge groove 4, discharge box 5 and discharge port 11,
It is necessary to hermetically protect 11 ', and for that purpose, a filling material 27 such as wood is loaded in the discharge groove 4, and a protection plate 28 such as a steel plate is applied to the lower part of the filling material 27 and attached with nails or bolts, A similar protective plate 29 is applied to the front surface of the discharge ports 11 and 11 ', and the discharge ports 11 and 11' are attached with nails or bolts.

るコンクリートダム提内仮排水路の構築工法。2. A precast reinforced concrete member formed in a hollow tunnel shape following the cross-sectional shape of a temporary drainage channel to be constructed, wherein a discharge groove is provided on the inner surface of the top end portion along the tunnel axis direction, and one end thereof is discharged. It is connected to the box, and this discharge box is provided with a discharge port that can connect the discharge pipe from the outside of the temporary drainage channel cell.In addition, from the upper part to the lower part, the introduction route of the internal landfill grout is provided inside both sides. A supply port for connecting a supply pipe for the internal landfill grout from the outside of the temporary drainage channel is provided in communication with the upper ends of the left and right introduction passages, and the inner surface is connected with the left and right introduction passages, respectively. Using temporary drainage cells with multiple discharge ports, the left and right supporting steel members that were erected on the levee concrete of the lift before installing the temporary drainage channels and the water that was bridged to the upper ends of them. Two sets of front and rear mounting bases made of flat steel are continuously installed along the installation part of the temporary drainage channel, and the temporary drainage channel cells are successively connected to the mounting base on the front and rear joint end faces. The temporary drainage channel cells that are joined together front and back are joined together by fastening the joint parts that are provided facing each other to the joint end surface with the fastening metal fittings, and connect the discharge pipe to the discharge port of each temporary drainage channel cell. At the same time, connect the supply pipe to the supply port, and after placing the dam concrete at a predetermined height leaving the periphery of the bottom of the required number of jointly integrated temporary drainage cells, the bottom of the temporary drainage cell A high-fluidity solidifying material with excellent fluidity that does not require compaction is placed in the peripheral portion, and it is made to flow into the void below the bottom of the temporary drainage channel cell to fill it, and then concrete concrete is placed in the upper layer in sequence. The construction of the temporary drainage canal of the concrete dam, which is characterized in that the temporary drainage canal is buried in it. Method.
