Abstract

(57)【要約】 【目的】 部品点数が削除され、安価にでき、組付性を
向上した車両用スライド扉全開保持装置を得る。 【構成】 車体の側面に形成されている出入口の近傍に
取付けられた案内レールに沿って車両前後方向に摺動
し、前記出入口を開閉するスライド扉であって、前記車
体に固定されたストライカに係合し回転作動することに
より前記スライド扉の全開を保持するラッチを前記スラ
イド扉に備えた車両用スライド扉全開保持装置におい
て、前記ラッチに前記ストライカの係合及び解除状態を
弾性力により保持する付勢手段を設けたことを特徴とす
る車両用スライド扉全開保持装置とした。

Description

【発明の詳細な説明】
【0001】
【産業上の利用分野】本発明は、車両用スライド扉全開
保持装置に関するものである。
【0002】
【従来技術】従来、車両用スライド扉を開扉した位置で
停止するようにしたものは、数種のものがあって周知で
ある。例えば、実願平1−30490号のマイクロフィ
ルム(実開平2−121571号公報)には、図2、図
3のように、車体の側面に形成されている出入口の近傍
の車体の外面に取付けた案内レール(センタレール)a
と、前記案内レールaに係合する横軸ローラーbと、前
記案内レールaに係合する縦軸ローラーcと、前記横軸
ローラーb及び縦軸ローラーcを有するローラーブラケ
ットdと、該ローラーブラケットdに上下方向の軸で動
くように軸止されているスライド扉取付金具eと、該ス
ライド扉取付金具eに取付けられたスライド扉とからな
り、前記スライド扉取付金具eには全開のとき車体側に
固定のストライカfに係合して正回転(本願明細書では
ストライカと係合して回転する方向を正回転、ストライ
カとの係合を解除する方向を逆回転とする)するラッチ
gが設けられ、ラッチgの外周面にはストライカfと係
合するストライカ係合溝h、及びラチェット係合溝iが
設けられ、前記ラッチgの近傍には、前記ラチェット係
合溝iに係合して前記ラッチgの逆回転を防止するラチ
ェットjが設けられ、任意の場所に設けた開錠レバーに
連結するワイヤーkを前記ラチェットjに連結して、前
記開錠レバーを開錠操作すると、前記ラチェットjは前
記ラッチgから離脱して閉扉可能にする構造について記
載されている。なお、その外、案内レールの端部に板バ
ネを取付け、スライド扉を全開にすると、ローラーブラ
ケットのローラーが前記板バネに乗上げて、車両用スラ
イド扉を全開位置に停止させるようにしたものも公知で
ある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】前記公知例のうち後者
のものは、スライド扉側のローラーブラケットのローラ
ーが、板バネに乗上げて停止する構造だから、構造簡単
であるが、繰り返しの作動によるローラーの摩耗等によ
り、ローラーが破損して全開状態の保持力が低下する。
前記公知例のうち前者のものは、ラッチgがストライカ
fに係合して全開状態を保持する構造だから、前記後者
の板バネ式に比べて、遥かに長持ちはするが、ラッチg
の逆回転を防止するラチェットjが設けられ、これに開
錠レバーに連結するワイヤーkが接続されているので、
開錠レバーの位置によっては閉扉のときいちいち車外に
降りなくてはならない煩雑さと、開錠レバーとワイヤー
kとこれを取付ける手間を必要とするので、コスト高に
なるという課題がある。

【課題を解決するための手段】よって、本発明は、車体
の側面に形成されている出入口の近傍に取付けられた案
内レールに沿って車両前後方向に摺動し、前記出入口を
開閉するスライド扉であって、前記車体に固定されたス
トライカに係合し回転作動することにより前記スライド
扉の全開を保持するラッチを前記スライド扉に備えた車
両用スライド扉全開保持装置において、前記ラッチに前
記ストライカの係合及び解除状態を弾性力により保持す
る付勢手段を設けたことを特徴とする車両用スライド扉
全開保持装置としたものである。

【実施例】本発明の一実施例を図面により説明すると、
図1において、1は車体、2は該車体1の側面に形成さ
れている出入口、図4、図5において3は該出入口2の
近傍の前記車体1の外面に取付けた案内レール、4は該
案内レール3に係合する縦軸ローラー、5は同じく前記
案内レール3に係合する横軸ローラー、6は前記縦軸ロ
ーラー4及び前記横軸ローラー5を取付けたローラーブ
ラケット、7は該ローラーブラケット6に軸8で軸止さ
れているスライド扉取付金具で、該スライド扉取付金具
7にスライド扉9(図1)を取付ける。
【0006】しかして、前記スライド扉取付金具7に
は、前記スライド扉9を全開したとき前記車体1側に固
定されているストライカ10と係合して正回転するラッ
チ11が設けられる。該ラッチ11の外周面には、前記
ストライカ10が係合するストライカ係合溝12が設け
られるが、従来公知のもののように前記ラッチの逆回転
を防止するラチェットj(図2)は設けられず、図2の
ラチェットjに代る弾性保持力を付勢する付勢手段であ
る逆転防止弾機13を設ける。
【0007】該逆転防止弾機13はいろいろのものが考
えられるが、スライド扉9を全開したときは、弾力でラ
ッチ11の逆転を防止し、そのまま閉扉しようとする
と、その弾力は負けてラッチ11のストライカとの係合
解除方向への回転作動を可能にする構造のものであれ
ば、どのようなものでもよい。
【0008】本発明は2つの例を示している。図4の第
一実施例は板バネ14であり、板バネ14の中途に屈曲
部15を形成し、屈曲部15をラッチ11の外周に形成
した凹部16に弾力的に係合させ、板バネ14の端部を
固定ネジ20で止着する。図5は、第二実施例を示し、
前記板バネ14に代えて、オーバーセンターバネ22を
使用したものである。
【0009】図6は、オーバーセンターバネ22を取付
けた具体的構成を示し、ラッチ11は直接スライド扉取
付金具7に軸止せず、下側ベース板17と上側ベース板
18の間にラッチ11を位置させて軸19により上下ベ
ース板17、18に軸止し、オーバーセンターバネ22
を取付け、これを固定ピン21によりスライド扉取付金
具7に固定する。23はストッパーで、スライド扉9を
全開にし、ラッチ11がストライカ10に係合して正回
転したとき車体1の停止部材に衝突してスライド扉9を
停止させる。

【作用】次に作用を述べる。スライド扉9を全開する
と、車体1側に固定されているストライカ10に、スラ
イド扉9側のラッチ11のストライカ係合溝12が係合
してラッチ11は正回転し、第1実施例では、ラッチ1
1の外周面の凹部16に板バネ14の屈曲部15が弾力
的に係合してラッチ11の逆転を防止し、全開状態を保
持する。第5図の第2実施例の場合は、板バネ14に代
えてオーバーセンターバネ22にしたものであるから前
記ラッチ11をストライカ10との係合状態または解除
状態のいずれかに付勢する。

【発明の効果】本発明は、車体の側面に形成されている
出入口の近傍に取付けられた案内レールに沿って車両前
後方向に摺動し、前記出入口を開閉するスライド扉であ
って、前記車体に固定されたストライカに係合し回転作
動することにより前記スライド扉の全開を保持するラッ
チを前記スライド扉に備えた車両用スライド扉全開保持
装置において、前記ラッチに前記ストライカの係合及び
解除状態を弾性力により保持する付勢手段を設けたこと
を特徴とする車両用スライド扉全開保持装置としたか
ら、公知例のような開錠レバーとワイヤーは使用しない
ので、部品点数が削除され、安価にでき、組付性も向上
する。

  1. 【請求項1】 車体の側面に形成されている出入口の近
    傍に取付けられた案内レールに沿って車両前後方向に摺
    動し、前記出入口を開閉するスライド扉であって、前記
    車体に固定されたストライカに係合し回転作動すること
    により前記スライド扉の全開を保持するラッチを前記ス
    ライド扉に備えた車両用スライド扉全開保持装置におい
    て、前記ラッチに前記ストライカの係合及び解除状態を
    弾性力により保持する付勢手段を設けたことを特徴とす
    る車両用スライド扉全開保持装置。
